The room I stayed in, the door to the balcony couldn't lock. I had no hot water. So I had the room changed. In the second room I plugged in my phone to charge and the socket sparked and shorted out my charger. The buffet could be better and needs better or more options for food.

Hotel has a humidity problem, rooms show signs of leakage and mold. buffet food options are very limited.

Needs some work on some of the buildings structure, specially the sealing in the hallway and the TV needs also some work.

The food was absolutely horrible. Not only was there not much variety but it was also not appetizing. My daughter and aunt both got food poisoning . They have no free wifi , no room service and no safe. The liquor available is cheap and they don’t even give you the option for top shelf liquor. Better off just drinking beer the whole time. Out curtains had holes in them. The balcony door didn’t lock which was a problem since we were in the ground floor, no one ever came to fix it even after I went to the front desk . It was NOT worth the money. I will never stay here again. Only upside was that the beach was very nice but so is every beach in the Dominican Republic.

Second time back, LOVED IT! I cant say enough about how the staff makes the difference. The entertainment attendant "Mosquito" remembered my fiancee and I from our first visit and treated us like family. Yordalis had us dancing by the pool (I NEVER DANCE!) and the waiters and waitresses even remembered how we take our coffee. The food is my favorite part. Not a boring, dry American buffet but TONS of fresh foods, coming out a bit at a time. Chefs line the perimeter to make you omelettes in the am, pasta and pork chops at night. The snack bar is AMAZING in its own rights and of course its all inclusive. The alcohol is name brand unlike *other* resorts we tried in the DR. Room was spotless, and we were glad to bring our own extra towels this time, haha. The ecofriendly house keeping does kidnap your towels for washing which can make a tricky day shower if you didnt bring a spare. The ocean is lieral steps of white sand, clear water, and the inclusive bar near by. Its our heaven, and we will be back!!! -US Navy Veteran

Had issues from the start with the check in. The front desk staff was very aggressive and borderline rude because the reservation was not “in the system”. After showing my confirmation email and receipt the employees still would not let me check in, and requested I pay more money for a deposit which i obviously declined being that I had confirmation of my reservation. Once I got to room no. 1, the toilet did not work, the bathroom was dirty and the room smelled of mold. Room no. 2 had roaches crawling on floor, and remnants of bed bugs in bed. Room no. 3 was much better but was traumatized of first 2 rooms that sleeping was hard due to fear of roaches possibly climbing into my luggage and clothing. I will never ever stay here again. Be Live Punta Cana was nothing like this location. Very disappointing. They also charge you daily to use WiFi

Hotel is excellent, the food for all inclusive is home made food delicious and good quality, the drinks flavor are good, I just ask for domestic rom to mix with, entertainment was fun all the animations staff mosquito was really fun at the karaoke night, pool games, the service for breakfast and lunch and dinner was efficient and attentive food and red wine, I was very impressed be back soon for a longer stay

VERY GOOD HOTEL, BEAUTIFUL BEACH

Staff were great! The resort was nice and clean with great beach access. Not all restaurants were open since there were not a lot of guests. Covid test was provided for my return to the USA. Perfect relaxing getaway.
