Rooms vary but I had a room with a kitchenette, murphy bed, and pull out couch. The location is good and staff is friendly. It is an over-all good experience to stay there. My only suggestion for improvement is to make more outlets available for charging phones or devices.

It was too bad the pool was not open, but the jacuzzi was very nice, and the room is very well appointed for cooking, and spacious. We had the two room suite with two queen beds. Service was good also. Will be back!

At least the indoor hot tub worked ... although the desk clerk adjusted the TV in my room immediately after I checked in, it continued to act up every day and night I was at this resort ! ADDITIONALLY, the refrigerator in my suite did not have a freezer in it, such that my frozen food spoiled ! Then the indoor pool was closed (tarp put over it) due to a malfunctioning heating unit !!!

Great access to water and tons of parking. Accommodations and customer service is -meh-. They don't take AmEx, so reserving online required the second step of an additional phone call and card. The desk closes at 9 PM, so my late check-in required a second trip to the office the next day with paperwork to fill out. The rooms are Motel-6 level quality: clean, but sparse and in need of some cosmetic repairs and updates.

We were supposed to stay two nights and only stayed one. The Murphy bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in and I didn’t sleep at all the entire night. The TV was so small you could barely see it.

We had an ocean-front room, which DID NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING! There was an oscillating fan on the wall, that automatically shut off every 4 hours. We would have liked to have kept the balcony door open to catch a little breeze, but the balcony was communal with all of the other rooms (not to mention the bare plywood floor!) The Murphy bed was uncomfortable.

The location is good, including a large beautiful beach and being on the Truro bus route, but the studio room I had was very worn and in need of some serious renovation. It was a nice concept but not executed very well. When the Murphy bed was pulled down, there was only 6 inches of room between the foot of the bed and the table.

I got a great rate on my room here. If you use the Murphy bed and pull out couch, there's not much room left to walk around but it is a comfortable room, clean, and has a small stove, fridge, and sink.

When we got here the room looked nice until we realized there was no bed. The bed is a pull down from the wall. This is not advertised on there website and was a shock. Also, to avoid and “ additional fees” we need to take our trash with us. I was under the impression that is what a cleaning person is for. To clean the trash out of the trash can in the bathroom and kitchen. I did not realize I was paying so much money to have to clean myself.

The rooms are comfortable and clean, the staff are friend, and the location is great.

We're so sorry that due to unforeseen circumstances the indoor pool was closed during your visit. All room have refrigerators that have freezer sections. We're sorry if it was not large enough for your needs. Did you contact the front desk as I suggested so that they could provide you with more freezer space? We have a room with refrigerators and freezers for guests who wish to store additional food.
