The View and quietness were wonderful! The unit was very large and well appointed.

Large, comfortable, clean rooms. They gave us a room by Clubhouse/pool and was noisy and we were able to switch to a rim further away without an issue. Nice pool, large patio.

Overall the property was inviting and the view was very appealing. The staff was attentive and got back to me right away. I loved that the place had all the basic kitchen ware so we could cook and do laundry. A few things to better improve things would be: Housecleaning should come more then once a week to exchange bathroom towels and hygiene items. Leaving some extra supplies for laundry and doing dishes would have been great as well! A hose to rinse off our muddy shoes from hikes would have come in handy. Lastly, it would have been nice to know that I could have called someone in the middle of the night regarding noisey neighbors above us on day 3 or 4 of our stay at the Wyndham Shearwater. The neighbors allowed their child to race across the floor upstairs repeatedly waking everyone up. The toddler repeatedly ran around at 5:00 am and sometimes late into the evening. The mom was tossing luggage around and it was super loud and annoying. We tried to be patient with them and understanding that they had small children but by night 2 we couldn’t take it anymore and placed a note on their door. The note said for them to be mindful of their neighbors. That night went well but 5:00 am the next day again the toddler was racing back and forth. Overall though we loved it there and it was mainly peaceful and everyone was friendly!!

Confusing locations, poorly trained staff and management (a few were exemplary, the rest - not so much)
