Overall, we enjoyed our stay over Thanksgiving break. The concierge staff were friendly and helpful, especially considering they were stuck working during the holiday, and the room was decently sized and clean enough for our purposes. Some of the other guests were a bit rowdy, and you would think during Covid we'd all be spread out a bit more throughout the hotel, but it wasn't a dealbreaker by any means. The one thing that was a bit concerning was that there was no soap in our room when we arrived. An easy fix for sure but it made me wonder how thoroughly housekeeping had a chance to clean and prep the room before they left for holiday break. The grab and go breakfast was also pretty sad -- basically some bruised bananas -- but again, not a dealbreaker. Just disappointing.

The Element hotel is a great place to stay for a reasonable price. The complimentary breakfast is absolutely perfect and fit for most diets.

Decor was nice room clean was double charged by orbitz and by element

This is a pleasantly upbeat and comfortable hotel which apparently has been rebranded by Starwood. It reminds me of the Aloft brand.

This hotel is very nice. It is a shame that on the night of my stay the heat malfunctioned in our room and in the pool area. Temperatures were colder than outside and it took staff 3 hours to finally change our room!

Wonderful expierience and vet spacious. Staff was friendly and went out of their way to make the stay enjoyable.

Very nice hotels. The bathroom door was very hard to open and close. Other than that very pleasant stay would come again

I stumbled upon an Element hotel in Massachusetts. I had never stayed in one before and was blown away by the cleanliness, amenities, and staff. Especially for such a low price! When looking for a hotel near a friend's home in New Jersey, I was thrilled to see there was an Element hotel as an option! I booked a King room, which felt like a small closet space with a huge bed. There was a wad of toilet paper in the toilet when we got there and hair in the sink. The hotel always smells great, but the size of the room and the cleanliness was an incredible disappointment.

Hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. Condition of the room was somewhat subpar however. The pull out sofa sleeper mattress was not in any condition to use, and sleep linen was not available. I had to ask the desk for them. My reservations showed 2 adults and one child would be staying in this room. Positive note was they responded right away, but my granddaughter had to sleep on top of the sofa cushions. Also, the sofa cushion cover was coming apart. The zipper was broken.

Could use more variety of breakfast. Very friendly staff, modern , spacious rooms.

When asked about late checkout staff was rude and said I had to be a member even though the hotel was not at all crowded. Only one person was working the front desk. Hot tub was not working

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff...rain shower. breakfast was nice.

My husband and I were in town for a high school reunion. We chose this hotel because it was located close to the event. It is conveniently located near I 95 with easy access to nearby restaurants and shopping.

Nice hotel with excellent facilities and services, strongly recommended !

Liked the modern design. Room was very relaxing. Bed comfortable and shower spa like. The gym was the best hotel gym we've experienced in a while. They were happy to include our dog at no extra charge. We'll look for Element Hotels in future travels.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Element hotel in Ewing Township. It is very close to the Trenton/Princeton airport which was a major plus for us. The hotel is beautifully appointed and the staff were more than accomodating. The room was very comfortable, a great use of space and a unique design in the kitchen and living area. The sunrise ever morning was breathtaking from panoramic window. A definite must stay when we are in NJ.

I've stayed at many hotels that were more expensive and not as nice as the Element. Nice room, friendly staff and good location.

At first glance it looks cool and modern, but the doors are all banged up, the carpets look worn and the funiture just feels cheap. That said, if you need to be somewhere for a few days and want a kitchen, the friege is full size, and roomy. It is a good thing as the breakfast is not great unless you like cheesy stuff, nor is the coffee good at all - bring your own. The gym is much better than most hotels gyms.
