In serious need of maintenance.

We like the property alot no complaints. The staff was very nice. 2 complaint not enough pillows, and the bed was hard. Other than those 2 things everything was good

I was there 3 days for a class i was taking. Room was barely clean, tv didnt work. They put a new tv in but didnt know how to program it to get channels, didnt clean up when they came in the room to install the tv and never got back to me about it. Police were there 2 out of the 3 days. When i checked out. The lady at the desk said, oh, i didnt even know you were in that room. Don't stay there!

The staff was very friendly. Rooms are nice for the price. Our room was clean and basic. Beds were comfortable, we got a good nights sleep. Thank you.

The hotel was having multiple problems when I arrived. I was the second person in line to be issued a room that was untouched from previous checkout, so they found a room that was actually cleaned (not well, but minimal effort was made). The night auditor appeared to have her boyfriend loitering around the office, she repeatedly asked him to wait outside for her. Meanwhile, she had difficulty making the room keys work, there was a sticky substance spilled on many of them. Not the best of Motel 6, hopefully my worst experience that I will have.

It was seedy and doors wouldn't lock. Clerk said to use the flip lock and their own door keycard envelope says to use both the flip and dead bolt. Stayed one night and moved to Quality Inn for rest of stay

The room indide had a strong cologne smell over powering. One of the towels to dry your body smelled like onions probably wasn’t washed gross.

Clean and inexpensive. No extras. Restaurant next door is excellent.

Pillows were lousy, very small shower and no tub! Motel 6 is usually much better than this!

My family and I are non smoker and from the time I checked in at the front desk to our non smoking room all of your facilities smelled like cigarette smoke. It was horrible for a family who does not smoke. It was so bad the hotel towels in our room smelled like smoke and when we checked out our clothes and belongings smelled like smoke too. Not sure if we had changed rooms if moving rooms would have been any better since all the room attendants we're smokers. This was not a good experience for us and I will not be staying at or recommending the motel 6 in the future.

We pre-paid for a non-smoking room, with a queen bed. The room we received had two double beds (which was ok), and was a smoking room (which was not). Needless to say, the room smelled like an ash tray. We had to launder our bed cloths afterwards. When we asked why, we were told that it was a busy day, and that all of the non-smoking rooms were taken. I thought the whole point of having a pre-paid reservation was to specifically avoid this issue. We were offered a discount on the room, as compensation. No such credit has appeared on our credit card, even a week later. We were disappointed on multiple levels, and will not return.

Made us wait till 6 pm to check in and didn’t even take care of the problem at all !!

We were stuck at this hotel so we had no choice but next time I would choose to sleep in car. The room smelled of smoke it was in the walls. It made our eyes water. It was the most disgusting smell in a hotel that I have experienced

This is a terrible motel6. I had a terrible experience. The maintenance man was hanging out right outside my room with his girlfriend and 2 other people, carrying on and talking and laughing loudly. I stepped outside and very politely asked them to be quiet. He told me...why don't you go someplace else. I couldn't believe how rude he was to a guest. I sent to talk to the front desk clerk and he followed me and denied having said that. Became very threatening. Then at night, very loud commotion in parkin lot. Seeme like a lot of homeless people in this motel. Old cars packed to the gills with belongings, housewares, furniture tied to roof etc. I did not Feel safe there. Not sure if this motel isd used by county as homeless shelter with motel vouchers.

After driving across the country and staying at many hotels this was without a doubt a horrible experience and I use to live in prescott and have stayed there in the past but it was disgusting bed bugs dirty linens etc!!!!!

Have stayed here before but not again. People hanging out and living in rooms with old cars Tow truck took away car with bashed in windshield No washcloth On the plus it was close to everything I left after 1 night of a 3 night reservation and got a nicer hotel for my invalid husband

If my trip was not due to a death in the family, I would have spent more time looking for accommodations. Have stayed in Motel 6 in other locations and it was reasonable and a decent place to stay. Prescott seems to more than double their rates on the weekends. This Motel 6 was no exception. But, I have never stayed in a place which was so bare. My room had a full bed with a built-in desk and a built-in clothes rack. There were no doors or drawers anywhere. one cafeteria style plastic chair and the bathroom had a lavatory with no cabinet. No hairdryer, no coffee, no breakfast, no free internet. And there were 2 spiders and a couple of dead bugs on the floor. And, outside noise was pretty loud until about 11:00 PM. I would not recommend this to a friend... or anyone else.

Had a nice clean room with a fresh bed. Hotel staff super friendly and helpful despite being new to the location. Short walk to town made it ideal as you could enjoy a drink without a drive! Fairly basic but more than good enough for a one night stay. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.
