Loved the antique style room. Overall a great place to stay in the center of it all. Close to everything. The night employees were really great about suggesting local restaurants and services. Just be aware…if you are in a park facing room, it is very loud at night with bands, vehicles, bar fights, etc.

Nothing

The hotel was in walking distance of everything. Beautiful old hotel.

Liked the location. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was quite small and the elevator quite ancient.

always a wonderful stay!

Friendly staff, but so noisy it was impossible to sleep

Just love the property and the people.

Very nice and accommodating staff. Parking is both above and below ground. Value hotel and thus some aspects of hotel are just average.

What a great old historic hotel right on Whiskey Row in downtown Prescott. This place has been well kept with the appropriate upgrades to maintain its historic value. The staff was wonderful, very helpful, and aware of the history of the area. The amenities were not quite up to par but that was because of the Covid issues. Overall I was very pleased and will be staying again in 2021

Well Well maintained. Ood tv channels. Bring your own pillow.

The location of the hotel and the facility in general was pleasing. Bistro food and personnel was excellent

Very noisy at night Told by the front desk that a view of Gurley street was wonderful. Never told us that the noise from the street would keep me awake until 3AM. Very uncomfortable evening since we were looking for a restful evening.

Great location. You can walk to local attractions. Nice historic property. I would prefer in room coffee and tea but coffee only is available in the lobby. Tub would not stop up so I couldn't take a bath. Also the shower head was so high I couldn't get out of the stream of water to condition my hair. The faucet in the sink was dripping.

Perfect location to see and experience what Prescott is all about and what it has to offer.

It was a historic building so enjoy the character... large staircases, creaky floors, and old fashioned elevators. The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful. Will definitely stay there again.
