It was authentic, beautifully dated.

I understand the history and age but dirty, odd room, AC was loud and a nightmare. Food was bad and staff also. Won’t be back.

Lovely, historical hotel in in downtown by courthouse plaza. Friendly staff. Nice amenities, including coffee bar in lobby. Remember that “historical” comes with things like smaller rooms and the occasional squeaky floor, but that’s part of the charm. Oh, and the elevator is classic! Enjoyed our stay.

I love this hotel, and always try to stay here when I’m in town for work a couple times a year. The front desk employees are always going above and beyond - always nice to be greeted by kind people. The hotel is also dog friendly which is a bonus for me. The hotel is vintage and I love the history that comes with it. Parking is right across the street or along the street lining the hotel and I’ve never had any parking issues. The restaurant in the hotel is AWESOME. Great happy hour, too. For the price, you get a historic hotel in a prime location with excellent customer service. 10/10 recommend.

While this hotel is very quaint and the staff was very friendly. I am giving my review off of the hotel policy. We had a last minute change in our plans. We needed to cancel the trip. Even though we tried to cancel 24 hours in advance that was not good enough and we would need to pay for the one night. We then tried to just change the date and come at another time and that was also a penalty fee of the one night stay so then it would be twice as much to stay at a later date. Given these crazy times and people’s travel plan changing at the last minute. I would hope any hotel would be a bit more accommodating. They were not. Most likely I will not stay again.

Very nice and comfortable room. Beautiful lounge. I love saying in old historical hotels like this.

Cery small rooms for what you pay. Wont stay again

Quality and charm throughout. Staff was fantastic as well as the food. The evening entertainment on the patio was a perfect way to end the day.

Outstanding service. Fun property. Great place to stay...highly recommended!

Nice historic hotel and the staff were great. Time for some refreshing of carpets and paint.

Old boutique hotel that was very clean and the staff was great! Perfect location if you want to enjoy a cocktail and not have to drive. It is an old hotel so if you are looking for a lot of “modern gadgets” in your room this might not be for you. If you like antiques you will be thrilled. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved it here! Music and historic beauty all around. Close to everything. The staff was mostly wonderful. However, The bathroom was so small that it was actually smaller than a cruise ship bathroom! If you are an adult, you can barely sit on the toilet. Although the shower was old, it was clean and it worked. They allow pets, free WiFi, free parking and relaxed atmosphere. So when it is said and done- This is a great find, depending on your interests.

Not very inviting, double charged us (both my husband and my credit card) not very accommodating with pets (but says pet friendly) room was a bit small and dirty (floors, floss on floor in bathroom, my feet were dirty after walking on floor with no shoes).

Beautiful well kept old property with easy walking distance to places of interest

Historic preservation property. Well-situated, close to everything but not in the middle of everything. .Excellent value for the cost. Excellent restaurant, lounge, and bar. Friendly, helpful staff.

Very old hotel. I believe they are making the best of what they have to work with. The staff are awesome and on point. Very pleasant stay.

This is a historic hotel built in 1927. Lots of character and charm in downtown Prescott. It is a comfortable and quaint and basic. If you are looking for modern large hotel room spaces with big beds and bathrooms and a pool, then this is likely not the place for you. It worked well for our overnight stay.
