Close to where we were going here.

It was very nice to stay where people were friendly and helpful when we needed anything.

It was very dated. The towel bar in the bathroom fell off the wall. The water runs in the toilet and it is very loud, you would have thought someone turned the bathtub water on.

Check in/out was very quick. Not much of selection for breakfast, but it worked for us.

Thank you for a quite night. Thank you so much we love the staff they are so great to us.

They had heavy equipment doing work on the building right outside my window all day starting at 7:00am. I cut my hand wide open on the window latch.

Stayed here during the Great Eclipse weekend. Staff was very accommodating and did not try to argue about our rate obtained months prior even though I brought another friend along.

The stay was fine, but the continental breakfast needs work and the surounding area needs work. Portland has a bad caes of homeless people and they are everwhere making walking outside feel not safe. WHAT HAPPEN TO THE NEIGHBOR HOOD--- SO SAD

The room was very small and smelled like smoke. The walls are very thin and I could hear the people in the next room like if they were in my room with me. Then several days after my stay over 80 bites surfaces which my doctor has confirmed are bed bug bites. When I called the hotel they did not appear concerned and said they would have their housekeeping staff look into it but if they don't see anything there is nothing they can do.

Very nice and quiet, people keep to themselves without issues. no complaints here will be returning when selecting a room on business. Housekeepers do a thorough job and that;s appreciated and well noted!

Nice hotel, simple breakfast. Worth the price and room is comfortable.

I wouldn't have stayed so far from the center of Portland if I'd known where this hotel was. Bathroom was falling apart. The bed sheets were cheap and stained. The area the hotel was located in was very noisy and congested with loud cars all day and night. The only plus was making a waffle for my breakfast.

Was concerned while checking in when the manager asked for a $100 security deposit. I've never had to put a deposit down on a hotel room. I asked the manager why they needed a deposit and he said it's due to the clientele they sometimes serve. They've had major damage done in the past. I asked about the neighborhood and he said we would be safe outside during daylight but to stay in at night. This made me very wary since we had my 11 & 17 year old daughters with us. Our stay turned out fine, the beds were nice and the room was clean. Continental breakfast was very limited. Hot tub was clean but was in a very tiny room. Kind of weird. Due to the neighborhood, I probably not stay here again.

It's not expensive but a clean and comfort hotel in Portland.

This hotel is right next to a light-rail stop, so it's good for travelling around. However the neighborhood itself is not great, so there isn't much I would recommend right by the hotel. I didn't feel very safe or clean at this place. The room smelled very strongly of cleaning chemicals, and because it was a first-floor room that faced an alley full of trash and transient activity, I didn't feel comfortable opening a window to air out the room. There were also children running around upstairs the whole night. So this hotel visit was what made me realize that I don't like staying in ground-floor rooms.

The room was fine. Seemed clean, although it was tiny! Staff was average, not friendly but not rude. So if you get a cheap rate this hotel will work but it is not as roomy as the pictures show and isn't worth the price of your regular chain.

Stay was in very convenient location. Clean. But guybworking front desk wasn't very pleasant, kind of rude.

Thank you for staying with us during that crazy eclipse. We always honor our rates and reservations. Shame on those that do not. Won't have that again for a hundred years... go medical science. Thanks again for staying.
