Paid 99/room, received a 59/room. Holes in wall not properly patched/painted; crayon marks in bathroom; new cheap floor flowing over drop in elevation making for stumbles into/out of bathroom (at night); constant 24/7 rumbles (like thunder) from MAX street car; online rsvp, w/ pay at check out, however upon check out already debited my card upon check in. Never again!

Single towel in the bathroom, only 2 lights in the room but one didn’t even have a light bulb, door lock was broken off.

Broken shower handle, floors made my feet dirty, every morning I went down for coffee, no one at front desk to open the door to let me into lounge. Many disruptions during the nights. Not a good place for family.

Check-in went smoothly. However there were still dirty towels and pillows on the bed, even though the bed looked as if it had been made. Lighting was really poor in the room. I was only in the room to sleep though so the best did the trick.

Too expensive for what was provided. Heat was all or nothing - either baking or feeezing nothing in between.

motel parking lot was filled up with concert goers that weren't even staying at motel!

Lights and refrigerator didn't work. Seen cleaner but staff were nice.

Half the lights in room don't work and smells like smoke

Room was ok bathroom was a storage facility.had a broken fridge stored in there.soor wouldn't lock cause of door trimming broken.rub had dark brown silt coming from drain.couldnt use shower at all.no maintenance except some industrial chemical liquid which didn't fair any better.bathroom had wierd damp swamp smell which carried over into room.yea not even a comfortable place to rest.staff didn't seem to communicate well

I like this one because it is walking distance from the Moda Center.

While the room was clean, it lacked some things we take for granted. No hairdryer, no closet & the fire alarm was ripped out...only wires! Bedspread had holes in it. Only provided 2 bath size towels, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth.

There was no closet space and only one hanger. After a couple days they brought a few hangers. The remote didn't work the entire time even though I complained multiple times. The sink wouldn't drain which they fixed. And it was noisy.

AC not working. No shampoo. beding sheet too old. Price and value do not match.

I knew going in this was not going to be a quiet motel, nor even great quality, but this was probably the worst dive of a motel I've ever been in. Just wanted a place to sleep after a Blazers game and leaving the next morning. Well, that was a joke. Not only can you not sleep with the rail train going by every 15 minutes, but the room was deplorable. floor sloped, big cigarette burns in the bedspreads. don't even think about walking barefoot in these rooms because it's questionable if they are even cleaned. and bring your own shampoo because they don't have any to give you.

Location is the only good thing about this place. Everything else was horrible - the bed, the noise, the amenities, etc

The room was nice enough and being right on the MAX was great. You can hear the trains. We couldn't get extra towels before 9am and coffee was not made in morning. Don't expect any frills, be okay with train noise, and you will be fine!
