Clean. Friendly, helpful, professional staff.

Hotel was quiet and overall decent, however there were ants in the bathroom so the cleanliness could be improved.

This hotel should be $30 a night. The property looks decent from the outside however thats where its ends. There were drug deals going on multiple times in the parking lot and homeless encampments right down the street. Which didn't make me feel like my vehicle was safe. Now, the first room i booked smelled like mold and they covered it up with sickening perfume. The second room they moved me to was similar to the first with old dirty laminate flooring and burn marks on the sheets. However the permanent tenants who live at the hotel made noise all day and all night. It also smelled like cigarette smoke in my room and on the whole floor even though it was a non smoking floor. I had to check out three nights early because I'm allergic to cigarette smoke and wasn't getting any sleep. It was a terrible experience and do not recommend staying there if you like relax.

I wouldn’t sleep because they were to much noise all night going on.

There was about a million people in the lobby it was dirty I sat there for more than 30 minutes and then I didn't check in because I just couldn't wait any longer for the terrible customer service and the dirty lobby in the dirty part of town that it was in

Comfy bed and clean, nice room - no frills like a coffee maker but there was a fridge and plenty of space. Double check how many people you add to your stay when booking - accidentally chose "1" person instead of 2 and had some trouble checking in, but it wasn't a big inconvenience. Enjoyed our stay.

Room was clean and front desk friendly. The area is very industrial so not much to do outside. There is a Walmart near by.

Aircon was broken, the floor was dirty, the room was untidy

We never even stayed here, spent the money and left! Front door has to be locked for security of their front desk staff because of the homeless situation in Portland! NO shampoo, soap, hair dryer in room. No breakfast. For less money got a nice room at the Days Inn just down the road with all the amenities. Will not recommend this place, however staff was very nice.

Thanks. It was a good cheap place that was safe to stay.
