This hotel is located in a pretty bad area of town. When I saw cameras in the parking garage, I decided to look up police reports for the area online. There were many, it turned out. When I asked the nice lady at the front desk, she blushed, and admitted, there had been many robberies in their parking garage, that's why they installed cameras. She suggested we park under a camera, and she would let the night clerk know, so he could keep an eye on our car. Unfortunately, the garage was full, and there were very few cameras, so we were forced to park outside of camera view. The nice lady at the desk then recommended we empty our car into the hotel room. Since our car was filled with all of our camping supplies, from our vacation trip, it would have taken us 2 hours to empty, and another 2 hours to repack our car. So we moved the highest value items, and left the rest. Meanwhile, we worried all night that we'd get robbed. Fortunately nothing happened, and we were fine. But we avoid inner city hotels now, as a matter of course, thanks to this experience. The hotel has an indoor swimming pool and hot tub, which was fabulous. And they actually offered a good breakfast, in contrast to literally every other hotel we stayed in that simply provide nothing for breakfast, and blame it on Covid.

Newly renovated and a nice soft bed ,a little traffic noise but overall a nice hotel.

Very nice. A small refrigerator in the room made noise when it came on but this is often typical of small refrigerators.

The one bad thing about this place was that the laundry room was down. I was here for a week and had to go 15-20 min out of my way to find a halfway decent public laundromat! However the room size was fantastic, loved the separate wet bar area and the sheets on the bed were soft and comfy, not starchy. Bed was a bit lumpy.

I didnt like the fact 99.9percent of amenities are not avaliable to customers. Although customers are still paying as if these amenities were

We did not get good room. The room was very close to I 84. Windows did not keep highway noise from our room. Choose your room carefully. You want to be on Wasco side of street not highway 84.

Good place to stay. Comfortable bed. Can be noisy because it is close to Interstate 84. Choose your room carefully.

Our room was very clean. Really quiet. The staff were amazing. I just wish the hot tub was not out of order.

Typical Comfort Suites. Undergoing interior renovation. Very nice staff.

The location is shady. Close to the freeway and a large homeless encampment and nothing else safe to walk to. Upon check-in, the front desk person actually made a comment about not stealing the pillows or towels and that all the exits would be locked after dark with only the main entrance having key entry. The TV in the room is bolted down. Wonder what goes on at this property. The suites are clean and spacious with a separate seating area and small fridge, ancient microwave & kitchenette w/ drawers and cupboards but zero utensils or plates or anything in it. It is only 7 miles to the airport which I guess was convenient on check-out day. Breakfast is decent with hot eggs, biscuits & gravy and the usual cereals, pastries & yogurt.

Location is good near airport. Neighborhood is sketchy, you would not likely have anything you'd bother to walk to..

had a great time with the convenience to different location due to proximity of transportation, breakfast was good, clean and accommodating staff as well

Clean and breakfast was OK but the traffic noise was unacceptable. I would not stay there again.

Difficult to get into from the road. Not easy to find. The drive up Drive was blocked off. Not adequate parking.

Hotel is fine - a little further outside of downtown than I'd hoped, but given that it's spring break and everything else was already booked it was fine. Hotel has been remodeled and the rooms are spacious. However, road noise is quite loud, as are the guest room doors when they close up/down the hallway at night and early morning.

This is a relatively comfortable hotel in a good location for us. The rooms are clean, staff is competent and friendly, and the breakfast is very nice. I appreciate the close parking, and amazingly quiet rooms even though to shores iscliae to the freeway. The mattresses are too soft for me and the pillows are too thick, so I am pretty achy when I leave.

Hotel staff was pleasant, attentive and helpful in trying to resolve a booking issue that I had personally created.

Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! We apologize that the location caused you to be worried. Even when cars are parked on the street, our front desk agents are very watchful over them. Besides the location being an issue, we are glad you enjoyed our pool and our grab & go breakfasts. We have been very careful during COVID but have made adjustments to try and give our guests the best available options. We hope to see you again soon. Thank you!

Dear Tasha, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with some feedback from your most recent stay. On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for failing to exceed your expectations. Unfortunatley we are not able to provide our full list of complimentary amenities at this time due to Covid 19. Most of our rooms are newly renovated with beautiful new fixtures. We have free wifi available for our guests and provide grab n go bags for breakfast. We also did not raise our rates to reflect our summer rates and have kept them with our off season rates to help accomadate our guests. Your satisfaction is important to us and we will be using the feedback you provided to make improvements to ensure we offer an exceptional experience for our guests in the future. I hope that you will consider staying with us again so that we can have another chance to provide you with a superior experience. Sincerely, Candice Truex Comfort Inn

We did not get good room. The room was very close to I 84. Windows did not keep highway noise from our room. Choose your room carefully. You want to be on Wasco side of street not highway 84.

Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with some feedback regarding your stay. On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for failing to exceed your expectations. Unfortunately we are not able to reduce the noise from the highway and agree the Wasco side is the quitest side with the least amount of street noise. If we have the availability we would be more than happy to move rooms if necessary to that side.Thank you for your feedback and we hope to see you again soon. Sincerely-Candice, Comfort Inn

It is convenienent but unfortunate our location is so close to I-84. You can request a room on the residential side or if we have a room available we would be more than happy to move you.
