Check in person is awesome. Always friendly and nice and remembers me. Only complaint is the coffee makers NOT in the rooms anymore.

Didn't like that they took coffee pots out of rooms. They also didn't even have a cup to get a drink of water in the room. Very disapointing

Clean, had no smell so that was nice, they say its freshly remodeled however i feel like they should have replaced the carpet it looks very old and stained.. the bed was comfortable however i feel the bedding could be upgraded and more pillows Other than that it was a pleasant stay for the night

Room smelled like a wet dog and was not cleaned well. Breakfast items were very limited with guests having to ask repeatedly for basic items.

A complete renovation of the facility is required. A better morning continental breakfast is required packaged. All staff should be required to wear uniforms or clothing standard is needed.

Took a very long time to check in, i used a visa card and their system could not process the payment.

The first room 208 we had was ok, carpet was dirty, spots all over and my wife step on something sharp, the recliner was disgusting looks like somebody throw up on it was scared to sit on. The second room 216 was also ok though the TV cabinet top to the shelves is full of dust, and sides of the mattress has hairs all over so we don't know when was the last time they actually clean it thoroughly, probably never. Location was convenient.

Dirty floors, desk covered in sticky residue, the hallway had a soft spot in the floor and no elevator access. Thought it would have been better by the name.

When I arrived at the Days Inn, I was greeted by a 50-60-something gentleman hanging out the up stairs window yelling to someone named Marsha in the parking lot, and telling her to hurry up and come up stairs. Initial impression - mediocre at best. I smelled cigarette smoke while I was at the counter, (and no, this was NOT coming from outside), so I asked if my room was non-smoking. I was told that the entire hotel is non smoking. Still smelled smoke down the hallway to my room, (202), and my room smelled "funky." Later, I deduced that the funk was urine smell in the bathroom, and after asking the following day to have that cleaned with bleach, the funk was gone!! They did a great job and were very happy to accommodate me. The second day of my stay, inside my room, at about 5:00 PM, I smelled cigarette smoke. My AC was on, and drawing air from the adjoining room. I could smell the smoke coming from that room. It stopped after I called the desk. (I heard the desk person at the room next door, she said hello, then not another word.) I smelled smoke the following day, about the same time, coming from the hallway this time. My feeling is that employees are going into rooms to smoke, as there weren't enough cars in the parking lot to have so many rule-breaking guests.

It always feels like a second home. Thank you for being such a comfort.

Everything was great.I picked this hotel for the it being close to our daughters house. It also had the indoor pool and hot tub. The only drawback was the bathroom was a bit small and the door got in the way and the water pressure was a bit weak. The house keeping crew was good but they never refilled the coffee packets and only replenished the shampoo and conditioner on one day out of our 7 day stay.

Check in was very easy. The room was fine. They were very welcoming. The carpet in the halls is rather old and dingy, but reasonably clean. The bathroom and sink areas were nice and clean. Good value.

Super staff; very responsive to any need. Facilities needs updating (furniture, carpets, breakfast bar limited selection). Great location (Kitsap Airporter drop off about 50 yards from hotel).
