The property was clean and the staff wore masks / followed COVID-19 precautions. As a nurse, this is important to me. COVID-19 is NOT over yet

We booked a family room and when we arrived the hotel had overbooked and we had no room. They did offer us another smaller room at the same price as much larger family room we had already booked.

The is was a great place to stay with the family. Pool is open 24 hours which the kids liked.

Staff was rude and room wasd dirty and there was no coffee

Very comfortable King bed. Not comfortable seating in room, towels pretty cheap. It was okay for 1 night, may stay there again next time.

Everyone was very friendly that worked there and helpful. The room was nice and clean and pet friendly. We enjoyed our stay. Would stay there again the next time we are in town.

The rooms were updated but not the bathrooms. The bathtubs drains did not have stoppers making giving small kids baths after swimming in the pool rough. It was also very loud as we could hear every step anyone took on the floor above us. It was a very busy place. The pillows also felt like rocks and we had a dirty towel in our bathroom when we arrived.

The hotel was fine. Quiet and the staff was friendly. The TV and dresser were incredibly dusty but everything else was clean. I do think it is terrible that this hotel serves breakfast on styrofoam plates with packages of plastic utensils as the options. You can't just get a spoon, you have to open a 3 pack of utensils with a knife, fork, spoon, and napkin. It is incredibly wasteful!!

Love the location right off the freeway and right by our tournament, quiet and clean.

Everything was fine. Maybe parking wish to be bigger but when I stayed there were a few ppl with trailers and buses that used to much space

Everything about my stay here was horrible. My room wasn't ready anywhere close to check in time. I came from New Orleans to go to a wedding that i almost missed thanks to the nonchalant attitudes of the front desk staff who ate their lunch at the desk while we set in the lobby for well over a hour and a half and waited for a room to be ready. Completely horrible.

Lowest rate for the rating of the property. Updating property. Beds were not that great. Need new beds

The price is decent but the attention to detail for the property has slipped. Most of the staff is cold, unprofessional and bordering rude. They get travel buses which keeps them sold out, but I would not recommend for the college visit trip. If they could improve staffing and get employees who care it would make sense the difference. Perhaps management needs to change or perhaps it's a pay issue, either way, I don't stay again. The last two visits required someone to come clean hair out of the tub and off the floor! Yuck!

Traveling with a pet can be challenging. This facility was very welcoming and we had a lovely room that had no pet odors.

There was a mouse in my room. I called to ask if they had another room available, but they were fully booked. I was traveling with my dog, so she chased it ALL NIGHT LONG. I didn't sleep much at all. The next morning I showed the staff the video I took so they would believe me. Also, the floor was sticky like a dog had an accident that wasn't cleaned and the shower drain drained very slowly. Great amenities, but I had a bad experience. I feel like they could have looked for a room at a sister property or even a competitor. They gave me half off the room, but it would have been better if they just comped the room because it really was a bad stay. I will not stay there again.

The room smelled of stale cigarette smoke and the elevator was not working.

The staff and location are great. They have an indoor pool. There were quite a few kids and tour buses each night. There are restraunts nearby which was nice too. The staff was absolutly wonderful. Very friendly and helpful.

Thank you. Sorry to hear about your booking issue. Unfornuately, there was overbooking issues and we had no choice but to move you. We also should've comped a second room for you. We always encourage people to book with us direct for speciality rooms like that so we can avoid overbooking issues like this.

Thank you. I will address this with the staff. What was the issues with the staff and the cleanliness of the room so I can address them specifically? As for coffee, it's available 24/7 in the lobby and we always have extra room coffee at the desk.
