We enjoyed the hot tub and live music.

This property is not as bad as some of the reviews. Our room (King, 2nd floor) was clean and updated. Yes, the beach can be rocky, but that is not uncommon up North. This isn't South Miami beach. During Low Tide there is plenty of sandy beach. There were no weird people loitering around and the staff was very very friendly and helpful. We will come back next year. The location is great and the price for being right on the ocean is a great value.

Location perfect! Amy at the front desk was awesome. Wish the breakfast was like it was a couple years back. Seems a Jamaican restaurant took over and there was very limited continental breakfast. No fruit, waffles like before. Now you have to pay for breakfast. However, the restaurant family is very, very nice and welcoming. Overall, a good experience we enjoyed our stay!

It looks like they are trying to update rooms. Some areas where walls had small holes and were not fixed. Some type of open vent hole expose in the bathroom. Very happy with how comfortable the beds were. Loved the close view to the water, however windows were dirty. My opinion they should update their website. No pool and no lounge. Just for the money this time of year we thought there would be more to offer.

The hotel is located on the beach, unfortunately it's Feb.and in Massachusetts. I think it's also being used as some sort of shelter for homeless? People walking around talking loudly and you can hear music playing in other rooms late at night.

The motel is in pretty rough condition. The staff is fantastic and do their best to accommodate. There are absolutely no refunds and i felt like i was being babysat. A local shelter was using half the motel for rooms and i had FIVE separate adults approach if not yell at me as if i were in the program. I felt extremely uncomfortable and switched hotels immediately. When we had to return because we left something in the room, the staff member was extremely kind in helping us despite the late hour.

We stayed here for date night and the ocean view was beautiful, though they really should put back the stairs to the beach because climbing down the rocks is dangerous and my man saw a guy faceplant on the rocks while trying to get back up to the hotel. Check-in was easy and the staff was friendly. The room was good, the bed was comfortable, and it was all clean.

Property is right on the water. Rooms are clean and comfortable. This was perfect for us for an overnight. Breakfast was included, hot tub was a nice feature.

I think this place is awesome, authentic, and in a beautiful spot, I will stay there again! I loved it!

Great location and a variety of things to do on property- indoor pool, bar/small restaurant area, music on Friday and Saturday nights, right on the beach. A little rundown and the pool is right next to the bar/restaurant area so people can see you when you're swimming. I recommend having some kind of a shade to pull across the windows.

walk on beach [ and delish swim!] less than 1/4 mile away. Beach not available at the motel when we were passing through because of high tide.
