I love the property. It is well maintained and true to a mexican heritage. The room i stayed in 1722 was great. it was spacious and cool. the bed was very comfortable. The TV was alittle small but that is OK. The girls who cleaned the room were very good st their job. The bathtub is very slippery and maybe some mat would help. I was not given any facecloths and was told that there were none. I did get ample towels and i used a small towel as my bath mat. We were put on the second floor when I specifially asked for first floor when i booked. Itr was difficult for my husband who has bad knees.

We were there during a big storm so we couldn’t enjoy everything as much as we wanted but it was a great property with good food and drinks.

The resort itself is beautiful. Great customer service. Very relaxing and close to all the shops and bars/restaurants in La Quinta Avenida. However, the food is not the best. There aren’t many options and a lot of the times we found the food was over cooked or hard from being on the burners too long. Other than that, we had a fantastic time and didn’t want to come home.

Super nice resort, Dive staff and bartenders and waiters are as good as may be found anywhere. Show was excellent. Beach is superior. Gym is small and overused by employees. WiFi is terrible in the room better in the main areas. Over all very nice.

The property is in an excellent area, with a beautiful beach but the food and service leaves alot to be desired. It really comes down what ur expecting to get at this hotel. Ive stayed at 5 other all inclusive resorts and i have to say this one had the worst food and service of them all. We upgraded to the premium package, which was supposed to include premium drinks and a stocked fridge. But they would run out of premium liqour daily, and fridge never got stocked with any beer, even after asking for it. They even make it difficult to get bottled water. I was told the most i could get stocked daily were 4 bottled waters, and if i need more i could ask for some at the bar. Also, there is no service at the beach and you have to walk to the bar to get your own drink. It really is a classic example of "you get what you pay for". If u just want to do a quick getaway and save some money, then this maybe the spot for you, but i probably will not return anytime soon.

the staff was rude and unaccommodating. treated us like we were inconveniencing them by being there. room smelled like mildew, fridge was dirty, and there were rodent feces by our spa tub. personal items were stolen if left poolside for any amount of time. arbitrary rules about which bars you could order from and the buffet was less than appealing and overpriced. save yourself the hassle, don’t book here.

The staff and the service made it perfect ! They are amazing . Jesus from the check in area , paulino from the kitchen , gabby from the tours all amazing loving people . Thank you for making my vacations enjoyable

Great time place is amazing! Totally recommend food, services was great very clean and staff was very nice. Beaches are super clean would definitely go back .

Resort was beautiful, food was limited, and breakfast was horrible.

I dont like the service. We was 17 people and they dont want to be together in the restaurants, the people talks really bad to you.

We were there during a big storm so we couldn’t enjoy everything as much as we wanted but it was a great property with good food and drinks.

The resort itself is beautiful. Great customer service. Very relaxing and close to all the shops and bars/restaurants in La Quinta Avenida. However, the food is not the best. There aren’t many options and a lot of the times we found the food was over cooked or hard from being on the burners too long. Other than that, we had a fantastic time and didn’t want to come home.

Ive stayed at 5 other all inclusive resorts and i have to say this one had the worst food and service of them all.
