Beach area was nice and staff was very friendly. Check-out process WAY too long.

The hotel itself was not bad. The food was pretty good and the amenities were nice. But lobby staff were extremely rude and check in process was a mess. Expect to stand in line for 45 minutes to check in, talk to concierge, and check out. Our room had problems with the a/c and after multiple complaints, they made few attempts to fix. One maintenance guy came in, opened our balcony door, told us our room was hot because the door was open, and then left. Our room also had ants, but they did send someone to spray. Service staff are very nice. The buffets were good, the kids loved the ice cream parlor, and the torta stand by the pool is very tasty. Overall, I would not stay again. It was difficult to sleep in the heat of our room, almost impossible to get someone to help us, and when our luggage was lost by united airlines, the hotel refused to assist, so we spent 3 days with no belongings and spent hundreds of dollars returning to the airport multiple times to try and retrieve our bags.

The property itself is nice and it’s extremely big! You need a shuttle to get across which takes time. The hotel has wildlife and a lot of pools which is great! The food in the buffet is not great but it has options like the tacos at the pools are good. My complaint is with the staff, specifically at the lobby. Our room key kept deactivating and they first blamed it on us that we forgot our room number and when we got them to finally go open it for us and show proof that it was ours they didn’t apologize or anything. We took 2 hours to resolve this issue the first time and then it happened again. They were rude and some how blamed it on us again. I asked to speak to someone above the manager and they kept me waiting for another 2 hours. We were upset to be having to spend our vacation fixing something that was not our fault.

Do no waste your time and money on this place!!! It is not really "all inclusive" They want to charge you for everything! The staff are extremely rude and they are short staffed. The bars only had one staff attending them so you would have to wait in line for an hour before getting one drink.

The rooms are okay, however are not deeply cleaned. They don’t have drawers, it was difficult to stay organized with the clothes. Laundry on site is very expensive. Room service took very long to arrive. Staff is friendly and we enjoyed a lot to see animals walking around the property. The pools are very clean.

Great service in the restaurants.

I really enjoyed my stay here would highly recommend it. No complaints from me.

Good walking distance to everything

Do not book here. We waited almost 6 hours to get our room only to find out the resort was overbooked and we were being put at a sister “family club” property far away from any amenities we wanted to use. There is no parking available at hotel. They will make u park at a sister club and walk to where u need to go. Service is extremely slow and everybody waiting with us was disappointed. I have never been so disappointed with a hotel and service before.

I like the construction, the distribution and the quiet of the rooms. The only think I can say I didn't like could be they need more service people so so don't see them running all the time.

The rooms are okay, however are not deeply cleaned. They don’t have drawers, it was difficult to stay organized with the clothes. Laundry on site is very expensive. Room service took very long to arrive. Staff is friendly and we enjoyed a lot to see animals walking around the property. The pools are very clean.
