Wonderful hotel and the service was impeccable

What we liked about the property: basic offering of amenities and location to major highways, stores and other important points of interest. What we disliked was that this Hilton Garden Inn did not live up to the Hilton brand quality. Specially, our room was not properly cleaned prior to our arrival, from wet coffee cup stains on the table to old and used soap bars and towels left in the bathroom just to name a few. Fortunately my wife and I always preclean any bathrroom and and touch surface in our hotel prior to unpacking. We didn't complain to the front desk as it was a 2 night stay and the front desk during check in was quite imcompetant.

Nice place to stay. Was disappointed we were given a room that almost the farthest possible distance from the lobby. Also pretty disappointing that there are no USB charging stations in the room.

When I called to book a reservation the lady gave me such an attitude telling me she did not have time to talk because she was busy.

This is a nice place to stay but I was concerned about the level of disinfection of the tables in the dining area. Tables were slow to be bussed and I only saw them being wiped down with a cloth. Would think they would be using something else in these Covid times.

Everything was convenient, especially considering Covid limitations.

The staff was super accommodating. I completely forgot to book another night to my stay but one of the staff members emailed me and was very accommodating in helping me book another night over the phone. They were very patient, super clean esp with COVID, they had all the right amenities and it was a great experience overall.

This property was what I expected in a Hilton Garden Inn and a little more. This one had a bar and sitting area with fireplace. Couldn’t enjoy them because of Covid, but it was a nice touch. The location was convenient to everything we needed.

Staff was friendly, lobby and room were clean. The toilet in the room did not flush well and the hallway/elevator smelled of marijuana. It was very strong and took over the hallway, I wasn’t able to smell it in my room though. Other than that, hotel was ok. I appreciated the clean room.

Great staff, updated clean rooms however was up all night due to heating unit fan cycling off and on all night. If the fan was switched to constant run it would then blow ice cold air when there was no call for heat......

The bed was the most comfortable one at any hotel we’ve stayed at!

Clean, comfortable and spacious! Water pressure was a bit low, but everything else was great. Nice bar too.

The staff was super accommodating.
