Lied about the restaurant being open and breakfast. Everything was shut down doe to “COVID” but the website said it was still open

Cosmetic work needs to be done - room was clean location was great

We chose the Wyndham for the location, that’s what’s great about it. Everything I saw was clean, but the floor I was on is in need of renovation. Walking down the hallway, you could see busted door jambs and our bathroom door barely closed. And plan ahead if you need to use the elevator, they could use more with the number of people and they tend to run slow.

Close to sporting events.

Enjoyed our Stay - Perfect to walk everywhere. Parked car at Valet and didn't pick up until next day when we left.

Very expensive for a very tired property

The room was small, like any big city, but that wasn't the issue. The room are very "wet", the carpets were wet from the moisture in the room. The exhaust in the bathroom didn't work. The rooms smelled very bad - mold and mildew smell. There must be water leaks in the walls. You walk barefooted and leave foot print on the floor. We turned the AC down to help with the smell but it never went below 70. They must have energy saver options on the unit.

Pros: location is great. Right across the river and close to the market square with tons of restaurants. Indoor swimming pool which we didnt get a chance to check out. Little cafe and restaurant inside hotel lobby. River views were beautiful. Cons: our room was small. The bathroom felt claustrophobic. Everytime we would sit on the toilet, it felt like it would break. Kept making a noise like it was missing a bolt. Kept waking up our baby whenever someone would use the bathroom. Also we did request to be by elevator, which then we could hear guests if they're being loud. Maybe put signs for folks to be mindful of sleeping babies or other guests. The lady at the cafe when ringing up my items was a bit rude. Also the check in lady didnt greet us when we were checking in, which after driving for 6 hours would have been courteous. So overall, unfriendly vibes at this place. Might be better to stay at other hotels in area for some positive energy.

Rooms showing their age, though still comfortable. Pool is small and hot tub only had one jet working. Overall very average experience.

The location is perfect for downtown visit.

The hotel room was filthy, unkept and had an over powering moldy smell. Dirt, dust, chipped paint, duck taped walls, etc in the room and hallway. There was old tooth paste stains on the bathroom sink, which is absolutely disgusting. The floors needed to be vacuumed and swept — in the room, hallway and even elevator. We booked this room to get a night of rest after being on the road for 8 hours and had it not been 2am and we had not just unpacked everything, we would’ve changed hotels. Terrible experience.

The staff was very nice, especially considering they were understaffed (people still don't want to work thanks to the free govt money they're getting). The sofa bed had no sheets at all, but the desk person ran them up herself at midnight. We appreciated that. The hotel is OK but definitely showing its age. A bit threadbare in places. The bartender in the lounge after the Pirates game on 7-31-21 was great, too, as he was also without help. He ran around like mad getting people their drinks.

We’ve stayed here a few times before. This time we were disappointed. Only 3 of the 5 elevators were working which meant long lines and waiting to get to our floor in over crowded elevators. Our room wasn’t as clean as it should have been (hair in shower, only 3 towels for 4 people, computer charger left by previous occupant, etc.)

Place appears run down and not kept up

This property was one of the worst hotels I have stayed at. Dirty and old. My children made fun of how bad it was. This hotel should be removed from Orbitz. To not remove it makes Orbitz a part of the problem. Remove it.

Location was great, room was not clean - hair everywhere and carpet was dirty. Fingerprints on glass and mirror. Rooms could use upgrading and attention to detail when cleaning, especially during covid. Valet was full the entire stay and parking off site wasn’t great.

The place is in need of a xompletw

Excellent location with great views. Wonderful front desk staff. Did not like lack of valet parking.

Please accept our apologies, Richard, for any miscommunication about the restaurant availability. We are trying to get our staffing ramped up as quickly as possible and currently the available hours is sporadic.
