Great staff and service!

Nice, grand old hotel with modern bathrooms.

Everything was fine or good.

I liked the location it was outstanding. The carpet is dirty and drungy and needs replaces. Looks like since the 90's and looks like hasn't been cleaned in 18 months. Room smelled dingy like old smoke

Just a nice beautiful hotel. However, when I got lost on the 8th floor and seeing rooms and halls with lefts and rights, all I could think of was the twins in The Shining popping out along with REDRUM drums pounding. My windows on exsterior were dusty is only complaint.

Beautiful old hotel that has been restored to it's former glory. Very clean. Quiet room. Modern fixtures. Located in downtown Pittsburgh within walking distance of restaurants and businesses. A little dissapointed that this hotel with a history of legendary room service, no longer has any. Parking is $20 a day in the garage across the street. Overall a positive experience.

Historic property but quite 'down at heel'. The couch in my room belonged in a yard sale. The staff were nice. But, there was no toilet paper or drinking glass in my bathroom.

The Omni William Penn in downtown Pittsburgh is a challenge to get to, but once you hand it off to the valet, it's a great home base for exploring the inner city. We were surprised to see all of the activities and outdoor dining.

Friendly and helpful staff.

In the middle of Downtown Public transit right outside the Entrance Excellent breakfast at Speckled Egg right next door!!

Needs a refresh.

We got a great rate for this hotel considering it was an Omni hotel. It's in walking distance to a lot of attractions. Room was comfortable except there was no sound on the TNT station and I wanted to catch an NBA playoff game. All the other stations worked fine so not sure what was up with that. Didn't seem like the hassle to mention to the staff. This hotel doesn't have any parking facilities and there is not even a valet parking option. There is a self parking lot right across the street but it is run by the city. It said overnight parking was like $20/night but every time I left the lot in the morning, it charged me $26 or $28. There is a Bruegger's Bagels attached to the hotel which was convenient. There was a cool looking Taproom in the hotel but unfortunately due to COVID, it looks like it was only open on the weekends or something. If I get the same rate, I would definitely stay here again.

Great accomodations. Beautiful hotel.

The Omni is a beautiful hotel in the heart of downtown. Although the room was a bit dated (yet still classy), the hotel is incredibly clean! That is one of the most important things for me when traveling. The staff were very friendly, especially the bellman. We had a great stay!

The bar in the basement is amazing! It's like a Speakeasy from a different era.

Old style hotel but the room heating/cooling system needs updated.

It was beautiful, charming, really clean. Enjoyed our wedding night.

Grand old hotel. Seemed pretty clean, staff and service were great. Shower/bathtub didn't drain, so within minutes you're standing in ankle-deep mucky water. Wifi was slow unless you paid extra. Cracking paint everywhere. Overall, kind of a depressing place.
