1. 10$/day parking fee. It should be free for your paying guests. 2. A hidden fee(distination charge). That's dispicable. 3. Pool area needs renovations. 4. The property has lighting issues out front, in common areas and in the rooms. 5. The electrical outlets and cables are a problem inside the rooms. 6. The AC inside the room is capped out to minimum of 67 degrees. On the good side...the bed was comfortable, the location was good and they are THC friendly.

the room was dirty, refrigerator had dirt and specs of hair inside, the bathroom had hair and dirt inside of the bath tub. The nightstand and tables were very dusty and the bed had strands of hair underneath the pillow and under the sheets. I am in Phoenix for 3 weeks and was considering To stay at the Clarendon for the full duration but decided not to due to the uncleanliness of the room.

The remote for the tv barely worked, only a couple of buttons worked and you literally had to stand right in front of the tv. Front desk came up to help and said, it’s not going to work from the bed. The only good thing about the place is the restaurant.

Staff was great and super helpful. Great experience!

Loved that there weren’t many families/kids running around! The bar set up was pretty sweet too.

Nice place, friendly staff

This hotel is not what the pictures look like , the pool is small and dirty and the hotel rooms look more like motel, stuff was very unorganized and rude , charged me multiple times. The food and drinks were the worse and the fridge in the hotel room was broken. Also no microwave. The room was dirty and it was the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. We meet people there who were shocked to see the same thing we all thought we booked for.

Hotel staff was amazing, shoutout to all the reception people. However the hotel was over 90 degrees at all times, the AC in the room did not work and we were unable to change the reservation. Hotel is far from everything. Hotel feels like a cheap motel with a swampy pool in the middle.

Room was really clean and spacious.

Its modern design hotel with a party pool area in the center

The restraunt was nice good drinks at the bar

Staff pleasant. The bar was convenient and great bartenders

I liked the cabanas and onsite restaurant, which played music and gave the place a fun atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The on the go breakfast is the best ive seen yet. The drinks and snacks are a unique touch. I didnt like that the pool is so accessible to non guests.

The staff was very friendly! The hotel could use some updates: carpet was stained in the hallway, bathroom needed some work.

TO BE HONEST IT WAS A NICE HOTEL THAT WASN'T TOO FAR FROM THE AIRPORT SO IT WAS CONVENIENT FOR ME. ALSO THE STAFF WAS GREAT HOWEVER THE OCCUPANTS WASN'T FOLLOWING THE NO SMOKING POLICY, ALL IN ALL I WOULD GIVE THEM 4 STARS

I LOVED this hotel! Excellent and attentive customer service, free snacks, great restaurant on-site, beautiful pool/hot tub area, convenient 10 minute walk from the metro (which goes directly to the airport, downtown Phoenix, Tempe and Mesa), gorgeous rooftop views, nicely-decorated rooms, peaceful ambiance, complimentary (and delicious!) breakfast burritos and even an on-site SPA! Will definitely return!! :-)
