It was a nice clean place. The power was out due to a bad driver but it came on long before the expected time. The staff was great. I’d stay there again.

Bathroom needs to be renovated. There was rust in the bathtub pipe

Stayed at this hotel for 5 days recently. The staff was very friendly and took the effort to take care of any issue we had with ease. The building is under renovation at the time of this review, so some construction is happening, but nothing that bothered our stay.

You should go check them out yourselves and then you would know how things really are. Pictures are deceiving. Run down.

Very noisy, didn't realize the airport was so close. We asked for a quiet room and she placed us right next to the door at the top of the stairs

So many issues with this place. 1) It is directly in the path of the private jets landing at Scottsdale Airport...constant coming & going of planes😬. The rooms are so small. The bathrooms ate outdated and you can't move around in them at all. There is loose concrete and cracks in the pool & hot tub area. If I had known the rooms were going to be so small..mwould not have stayed at this location. The staff & service is great...just to bad the facilities doesn't match the service & friendliness of the property.

Nice hotel but the bathroom was kind of small. Its close to shopping, restaurants and freeway access

The hotel provided us with exactly the room location we had requested. The room was very clean and comfortable. We were very pleased! The only issue is one that I have with a number of other hotels, and that is about light bulbs. Many hotels (including this one) are still using CFLs (mercury-based Compact Fluorescent Bulbs). These are potentially very dangerous when broken because they can raise the ambient mercury levels to many times the EPA allowable limit. For those who are chemically sensitive or have been exposed to mercury in the past, this could cause serious health problems, even in the short term. Some hotels have switched to LED bulbs in order to save on utilities since they are far more cost-effective than the CFLs and, most importantly, much safer. It's too bad that more have not recognized this documented fact.

Ok hotel but this is an older building & not very clean at all. The breakfast is ok. Nothing spectacular.

The front desk employee was very helpful and they had a great breakfast selection.

Dirty bathroom their was pee and toilet paper in toilet.

It was nice but the bathroom is very small. Great location and breakfast was wonderful! I would definitely recommend this property for a weekend trip to Scottsdale!

Have stayed at this location several times now and each time is a pleasant stay, the rooms are comfortable and clean, great location with easy access to shopping and food, easy access to freeway, the staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Very friendly staff, great location, comfortable room, quiet and relaxing.

I have stayed at Fairfield Inn a number of times over the past several years and, as a woman traveling alone, appreciate how safe I feel at this hotel. The staff is courteous and helpful. Rooms are clean and well-maintained. And the central ilocation is ideal.

Had no negatives on this stay. Room clean. Beds not too soft nor hard. Good water pressure and hot water was available almost instantaneously . Good breakfast with eggs and sausage the day we stayed. A/C had no problem cooling room(outside 106 degrees). Quiet.

The bed was so uncomfortable I lined up the pillows on the bed & slept on them. Never had this problem at a hotel before. I was there during Bike Week (not their fault) so it was loud at night & in the morning as motorcycles came & went. Next to a mall so it was convenient to walk to restaurants, coffee & even a mani-pedi. Overall, will avoid this chain from now on.
