The property states that it is a non smoking property but our room had an overpowering cigarette smell. The carpets in the stairwell were very dirty and look like they have not been vacuumed in a very long time. Our room had a dirty rag on the counter and a brush and garbage under the couch when we got there. We booked for 4 people for 5 nights but only had 1 roll of toilet paper and 4 towels in the room. Had to go back to the front desk for more a couple of times. There were no linens in the room for the pull out bed. We had to go get these from the front desk as well. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom is almost directly next to the toilet so that unless you are a very small person, the toilet paper is resting against your leg. The gym and breakfast are unavailable right now due to COVID which is a little understandable but we have stayed at another place in Scottsdale that has adapted to still be able to provide these amenities during COVID.

Convenience to stores, medical center and restaurants

Clean quiet, and the bed was very comfortable . Staff was very helpful

I love this place. Always clean, spacious, kind, awesome breakfast!!!!

Small rooms but clean - very little furniture and cramped work table. Biggest complaint is the size of the room they serve the free breakfast - really cramped! Pool area is very small and un-attractive. Certainly a good value for the money but not luxury in any way.

From beginning to end the staff was great. I will stay again.

This review is for a 2bd 1ba suite. The suite, a little like a small apartment, was clean and comfortable, but a little 'tired'. The bathroom was small but adequate, with a decent showerhead. The towels were about as thin as I've ever seen. There's a small, but full kitchen that is just adequately equipped. Across Shea is a large Fry's grocery store, which is useful. Don't expect a big lobby; the office is just a small room with a desk and very friendly clerk.

This was a quick weekend family trip to a place we've never been. The hotel was wonderful, quick, friendly, clean and we loved the full kitchen. When we ordered extra pillows, they arrived quickly. Though it was only one night, it was perfect.

Very friendly staff, very clean room but could hear everything that went on in the hallways. Internet LAN connection was very slow and difficult to make connection.

Great stay

Great dining, shopping and entertainment within minutes. The weather is unbeatable!!!!

Very clean and quiet hotel. Service was very good. Staff friendly.

The staff was great! Rooms were OK, could be a bit cleaner and it was noisy, thin walls.

The hotel staff for our check in and out were all that we could ask for. The room was clean and free from smell. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.
