I will not be booking another stay at this hotel. When we checked in on day one and got to our room the door locks were broken they switched our room. I had to call 3 × to the front desk regarding toilet paper that they never brought up and we ended up purchasing from the local Target. Manger Aaron had no time to speak when I was checking out and wanted to voice my opinion to him. Will also call corporate to leave feedback. Otherwise the grounds we're very nice and amenities were great.

We loved the choice of being able to go to different pools. The room was clean and the air conditioning was great. staff was friendly and engaging. We were able to check in almost 5 hours early which was huge. Make sure to use the shuttle service as its hot in Phoenix and this helps. Get to the main pool early (very busy) We did however not anticipate spending an extra $120 dollars on a resort fee which we were told was included in our package. They also need more shades in the main pool location or at least the option of shade. I would have been hesitant to stay here if I new I had to pay $40 a day extra to use the pool that we did not even get to use.

Staff was wonderful. The pools were great! Staff at the pools serving drinks were amazing. Bummer the property bars close at 9, no where to get a drink upon late arrival. Room a little dated- tub wasn’t properly draining during showers; ceiling rusty in spots. And WiFi definitely hit or miss. But overall, a lovely weekend here.

Great customer service, clean property, beautiful views.

Considering how big the property is, it felt cramped. Parking is extremely tight. The night we stayed was very busy with a lot of large loud groups. We requested a quiet area/room. And they put us right in the middle of a loud area. We eventually moved and the 2nd room was much better!

The pool area wasn't cleaned at night- the tables, chairs, and pavement were filthy. I would have thought it would have gotten cleaned, but I was wrong! It was really dirty- straws, ketchup, cups laying around from the night before. Bird poop all over the chairs- tree seeds EVERYWHERE. Other than the cleanliness issue, the main pool was really nice.

Pool area was great and the rooms were nice.

We had a fantastic time at the Pointe Hilton. The pools and grounds were beautiful. The hotels themselves are showing some wear but this didn't bother us. The staff was helpful and we enjoyed the restaurants and appreciated having food and beverage options right on site.

Even for a weekend get away my fiancé and I were able to do a lot in a short time. There is a lot to do and see at the resort alone. This resort is in the middle of everything so it’s easy and affordable to get wherever you want to go. The only negative I have to mention on the trip is that booking my tee time for Lookout Mountain was not the best experience. The golf pro shop was very short with me on the phone and in person with the questions I had. Otherwise the stay was great and I would definitely recommend!

Very friendly and helpful staff with a great property to relax and enjoy.

Pretty poor experience at this Hilton property that is clearly run down. I admit it looked run down in the pictures and with the pricing but they could do much better. Booked through orbitz and picked a falls location room. Pictures suggest

Our family absolutely loved it there! We would def go back.

Beds super, comfortable. Rooms are dated. Internet not so great if you need to work and then the next day it was fine. TV's are little. 27" Property is nice just needs a bit of a lift. Stuffy so had to leave patio doors open.

First impression of the place upon arrival was the check in staff arguing with a guest about the room that they received. I decided to not let this influence me, but then when we checked into our room, we arrived to a dingy, outdated, carpeted room that was difficult to get to because there are so many hills there. It was very late, just near midnight, we asked the check in staff if there was anything better available, but there wasn't. I wasn't about to stay there for 3 nights, with their outrageous resort fees, so we let them know that we would only be staying one night. I cleaned and disinfected our room, many stains and dirt was found. The refrigerator that was supposed to be in our room was actually only a tiny mini-fridge. The pictures on the website were not accurate, this place is very run down, in need of a lot of repairs and way overpriced.
