Location by the airport was good for this trip. This property is great at all levels.

The property is a 5 minute drive from Sky Harbor Airport. It was very clean and the staff was friendly.

When staying at an airport hotel the night before an early flight, our expectations are not that great. We want a comfortable bed, a clean quiet room, an on time wake up call and airport shuttle. Hilton Phoenix Airport exceeded every one of those and raised us a tasty dinner and some very friendly service. We will stay again.

Our stay was quite short (about 12 hours). We had a very early flight so didn’t get to experience all the hotel had to offer. Dino was very patient and amazing! He had to change my room 3x during check in for various reasons. When I needed to print our COVID negative test results to return home to Hawai’i and was having trouble with the printer he found a way to get the job done. I’d definitely return again and maybe stay an extra night to explore the hotel and Phoenix. Location is great for the airport!!!

My overall stay at the Phoenix Airport Hilton was both pleasant and relaxing. Upon my arrival @Sky Harbor, I phoned the property and requested the courtesy shuttle. A short while later the shuttle arrived and I was greeted by the driver Tony who was a delight to speak with as we made our short trip to the hotel. Once we arrived, I was met with a smile by Melissa at the front desk and was pleased to be checked in early. The hotel clearly took Covid precautions seriously, and I had an opportunity to experience a co-branded Lysol clean room literally sealed by a sticker on the door. Inside the accommodations were a favorable mix of modern and comfortable decor. Areas of opportunity to correct include the need for outlets and USB plugs either on or near the nightstand for convenience in charging devices. Although the bathroom was clean, I was very disappointed that the towels appeared aged and thin when they should have been thick and luxurious. There were also bare minimal toiletries available within the bathroom including small shampoo, conditioner and one small bar of soap, more products adjacent to sink and placed in the shower would be a plus. As far as the star of the show, the bed was very comfortable and provided some wonderful rest, however, I was concerned that although the duvet cover was clean the actual comforter inside appeared stained. I pre-purchased the breakfast, I would pass. Departing the shuttle driver Chris provided great conversation. Overall great stay.

No close by restaurants. Room not serviced as requested. Staff needs to empty outside overflowing trash kore frequently. On site restaurant needs to open at 11 AM as there’s no within waking distance restaurants. Property isn’t bad but needs to be looked after

This is an older property and shows it’s age. The rooms barely pass for a 3 star hotel room. I would choose one of the newer hotels instead of this one

They have a nice assortment of food and drinks in their convenience store and a bar lounge that didn’t kick you out at closing time.

Close to airport, very clean and nice property! Would definitely stay again!

Front desk was most helpful. Shuttle service to the Airport was Fantastic.

Clean place and courteous staff. What you’d expect from Hilton brand. Had a great time.

This is an older property and shows it’s age. The rooms barely pass for a 3 star hotel room. I would choose one of the newer hotels instead of this one
