Can’t say there was anything we really liked. What we didn’t like was 1. The first room smelt heavily like smoke so we asked for a different room, the second room the ac didn’t work properly so we got another room which the ac also didn’t work properly. 2. The bed was very uncomfortable, hard and not even. 3. The Elevator was broken during the hottest time of day waited for a hour before the let us use the service stairs which we were six floors up. 4. We also had to walk a long distance to even get to the elevator to get to our room. Definitely not ever staying here again. We expected more out of the Hilton brand and we’re very disappointed.

Friendly front desk staff, but some of the lighting in the room didn't work, so it was quite dark. I also expected the bathtub to be in better condition than it was.

The receptionist in the front need to be a little more friendly with their customers. It seem to Me they hated their job. Also the AC in My room wasnt cold enough. Good thing outside was windy n I open the one window I had facing the power plant behind. Also the shower was put in wrong. Cold was hot n hot was cold. The hotels hallways need to give directions where both staircases exit to, and it should have also direction into where the elevators, the ice machine is. Pool towels are discolored. Just don't have any for guests they look dirty.

Nothing bad at all to say about the hotel. Staff were great. I liked the layout. Parking was easy.

I got a king size bed room. The room was literally right next to the stair well so there were doors slamming constantly going in and out of it. There were also dirty wine glasses sitting outside of the door when I arrived. The room was over looking an electrical yard that powered the block and a small street inbetween that constantly had cars blaring music driving on it. The window would not close all the way so I had to listen to it the whole day/night. The bathroom had hair around the floor and bathtub which I know was not mine. While trying to go to sleep, it sounded as if there were rats/mice in the wall which made it even harder to fall asleep. I was also overcharged. When I contacted the hotel about all of the issues listed, they only addressed the overcharged price. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel staff was very helpful and courteous the hotel was clean and look great. Their Fitness Center was small but it worked out.

I stayed here when the air conditioning went out in my home. Coming from a local: this place is great. I've stayed in a handful of hotels in Downtown Phoenix, and this one is right up there with the best of them. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. I would stay here again for sure.

poor parking, poor access, get ready to haul your luggage, was locked out of room when they made mistake on length of stay, room service had cold food, thats why they have a microwave oven in the room.air conditioner rattle keeps up awake, reminded me of an old howard Johnsons on the way down.they apologized each time and offered a discount on my next stay which will not happen.

A gem in midtown Phoenix. Walking distance to restaurants, great staff, cabana rooms are the best.

New Years Eve, a historically cold night in Phoenix. Looking forward to a warm bed. The heat in the room didn't work well. After trying to figure out the controls, called the front desk, who sent the maintenance man out. He looked at it and said yes, the heat is on, but in these rooms the heaters dont work very well. It was freezing in that room! He fussed around and then said thats the best they could get it. Not good enough! So he brought a small, falling-apart space heater to our room to use. It wasn't great either, but in a few hours the room was heated up enough. But not a good experience for a hotel like this to not have heat and to have several hours of sleep time made impossible by the cold. The front desk's offer to compensate? Would you like a free soda from our pantry? Ugh!

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was courteous. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Had a blast. It was clean, fun, and safe. I'll definitely be back soon.

The hotel was very nice. The staff is outstanding.Close to everything. I recommend.

Had a very minor room glitch and hotel management offered us 4 breakfast passes. Excellent offer and very good breakfast
