Staff were incredible!

The suite floorplan is really good. Nice lobby and good value on the rates. But our shower drain was completely clogged. I asked the front desk for Drano to clear it, and they told me they would sent maintenance soon. After an hour, no one had arrived (the maintenance man said he never got the message), so I went out and bought some drain cleaner myself. That didn't do much, so the front desk worker told me we could use the bathroom in an out-of-order room. The problem was that what made the room out-of-order was that it was missing an A/C unit. It was over 110F that day. Making up for bad customer service by sending a guest to a sweltering room doesn't strike me as the right solution. I'll also note that our room A/C struggled to cool the room during the hot daytime temperatures. And the parking lot area desperately needs to be cleaned. There was tons of trash littering it--broken glass, rotten bananas, paper cups, etc. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The front desk staff was awesome and welcoming when we checked and checked out. But when we asked for an extra set of towels the housekeepers were rude and gave us attitude, but gave us towels after her tantrum. The rooms were not clean either. the rooms looked like the walls haven't been cleaned, dusty, mirrors had smear stains all over the mirrors, beds looked it they just threw the sheets and called it a day.

The upkeep of the property wasn't the greatest. Although the pool area was closed, it was still full of leaves and not appealing. The representative that checked me in did not tell me a $100 deposit will be held on my American Express. I was notified by American Express in minutes of a cardless transaction. Also, I was up most of the night because of doors slamming; a lot of action and activity. Apparently, this is a place where people congregate for a few hours at night. Not for me!!

The staff were amazing, they were very attentive and made sure we were happy. We did not care for the location though. The hotel was on a busy corner and was set back making it difficult to get in and out. I was also concerned about the type of traffic at the strip mall in front of it facing Broadway Street. The police were there one day and it just looked like a really rough crowd. We did not feel safe.

We liked the shuttle service, the friendly check-in, the large room they upgraded us to, the breakfast.

Had a nice time staying here for Spring Training in the Phoenix area. We booked a room that had two queen beds and a pull-out sofa, which was perfect for 3 guys. The rooms were quiet and clean and I liked the setup of the room as there was a partisan wall that separated the living room from where the beds were. The breakfast was good, on the better end of hotel buffets. Your right off of 10 and 143 so it's very close to get to the airport or other areas in the metro area. You could walk down the street to the Angels' complex if your an Anaheim fan.

The hot tub and pool were beautiful and really hot. The van drivers were awesome and drove us to restaurants in the area, car rental, stadium and airports. The breakfast was hot and amazing every morning! We will stay here again!

Thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to tell us about your recent experience. We are sorry your stay was not a 5/5, as is our goal with every guest. We did have our pool motor replaced recently due to a mechanical malfunction, We are sorry you were here during our storm sessions when we were waiting to receive the new motor. The site you booked on does inform in advance of the $100 deposit on the card at check-in, sorry if this was not re-informed at check-in, I will make sure our staff reiterates that fact during check-ins.
