I stayed one night at this hotel. The dirtiest hotel a person can ever imagine. Rude employees. Rooms are filthy, broken furniture , sticky floor carpet. This was my 3rd time i have booked with Orbitz and all 3 times i had bad experience. I will never use Orbitz again.

Lots of people wondering in and out of the hotel. People smoking drugs in stairwell, hotel doors being left propped out, random people sleeping in the hallway, No sense real security or secure feeling. All in all very disappointed needles to say I won’t be stay here again

I walked in to a guest and an employee yelling at each other the employee did not even acknowledge that I was waiting there to check in. the employee had a dirty shirt with stains all over it (what kind of Professional appearance is that?) he finally checked me in, I walked into my room, it was extremely outdated and just overall disgusting. I instantly turned right around and went back downstairs checked out and booked a room elsewhere.

The signage for the hotel was small so we misses the turn but conveniently close to the freeway. I think we paid too much for the the condition it was in. There was a kitchenette but not in good condition. The room smelled like fried food for some reason. The sink stopper in the restroom was stuck so we couldn't wash our hands in it. Also, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night.

Front desk staff are gracious. They have good people skills.

First off requested 2 doubles, ended up getting one double and a roll away. Got kicked out of room because we got accused of smoking in there and had to pay the smoking fee! And staff was very unreasonable! DEFINITELY DONT RECOMMEND!

Overall was a good overnight stay, however my room was missing toiletries such as soap, shampoo, and towels, also the cleaning crew seemed to have stopped mid clean as there was still trash waiting to be taken out, front desk staff was very friendly but i had to sign so much paperwork, seemed a little extreme for check in, room was comfy enough and obviously is set up for a longer stay than 1 night, AC worked fine and shower was good, location is a little hidden but plenty of nearby needs such as food, gas, etc.

AC unit is so loud that it gave me a headache. Beds and pillows are very uncomfortable. The shower was so unsightly that we actually chose not to shower there at all. There is a sign at the front desk that says they provide the guest registry to law enforcement anytime they ask for it. That begs the question as to how many times that has happened that they feel the need to have that on the wall lol. The kitchen had a fridge, microwave and 2 burners but no silverware, no cups, dishes, not even paper towels. Literally nothing but those appliances. There was no coffee maker and no blow dryer. There was not even a pen and paper to write anything. There was no ice machine or vending machine at least not on the third floor No staff was around at check out time so I'm hoping that just leaving my keys was fine. The elevator also needed work. It's also a little difficult to find. The sign is pretty small.

The hotel is hard to find, but it is nice and quiet and away from the busy, noisy surrounding area. The issues is that they do not isolate people with dogs to one floor or one area. It was really annoying to hear a dog barking all the time a few doors away and having to put the tv on to drown out noise.Also, there was never anyone at the front desk to ask for help or ask questions, that was also annoying and creepy. So...the hotel allows dogs, but it doesn't have doors that self open, so you have to struggle to get in and out if you are carrying things and have luggage.

Room was dirty. Found dog poop in our room by nightstand. Very thin blanket on bed.

Need new mattress felt like sleeping on rubber. Room was clean

GREAT EXPERIENCE.VERY CLEAN, GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
