Great location right off I 51 and bethany Home rd. Absolutely beautiful sceneries. Very convenient shopping lets than.a minute drive or walking distance from the Hotel.

It was an okay hotel room experience. The TV’s signal kept messing up, but other than that, everything was fine. The location was good, and the staff was friendly. This was in Arizona, and the AC worked really good.

Seriously a dump. Nothing in the hotel room worked it sucked.

The hallways smelled dirty. The room smelled disgusting. When we pulled out the sofa bed to sleep, we found crumbs, chocolate pieces and yellow stains on the sheets.

Smelled like smoke, discourteous and charged me $11 to check in EARLY - room was ready - no extra work - hopefully they put the $11 to no smoking signs and kindness.

The ac was not working properly. We would set it to 72 and it would keep running until we were freezing then it would get really hot and not kick back on at all. We tried different temperature settings and couldn’t get a consistent temperature. It would go from extremely hot to extremely cold all while the ac was set to the same temp. It was also extremely loud. Our hot water in the shower did not work. It was like warm at best. The walls were super thin and we were woken up around 2 am the first night by someone showering next door. The next morning we were woken by doors being slammed and people yelling in the hallways. We know the hotel doesn’t have control over the people but jt just shows how thin the walls are in the hotel. Lastly don’t expect much of anything for breakfast, there were muffins and granola bars. Staff was nice though.

Surprisingly quiet and low-key. No check-in issues or hidden/extra fees. Loud air conditioner (when compress kicked in, it was louder than the TV), elevator was a little sketchy, no one available at 4am for early checkout, and I didn’t like that the coffee maker wasn’t standard in the room —every time I went down to the desk to ask for one, no one was there or staff was busy. I understand that lots and pans should be checked out — they’re too easy to steal. But the coffee maker...? All minor issues — I still very much enjoyed my stay. A lot better than many hotels in the area that claim to be boutique and charge 2xs the money for fewer amenities.

Excelent location and very clean.... Friendly staff.

When we first entered the building, it smelled of musty smoke. Check on was easy. Walking down the hall to the room, lost of old smoke smell, probably in the old carpet. The room was clean and had ample room for two people. We noticed that there was not a coffee maker or plates or even a bottle opener. Drawers were empty. I have never been to an "extended stay" hotel without those amenities in the room. You had to go to the front desk to get them. Awkward. No trash can in the bathroom, only one in the living room. Bed was comfortable and the hotel was relatively quiet. Easy access off of main roads.

Very good service we had an early flight in the morning when we got in to Phoenix. And they let me check in early!! Definitely will stay here again!!

close to where I was going for a class. Allowed us to check in early before our class

The late check-in was not so smooth, but everything else was great! It is a great value for the money!

The lady at the front desk knows us, recalling ya from previous visits, and is very personable.
