Just a nice place. Would go back and enjoy. Nice breakfast.

The hotel has not been updated in years. The rooms were comfortable

Wall paper peeling off the walls basically a funky place. All employees were terrific.

Older facility but super clean. Great staff. $7 charge to park your vehicle on the property. Delicious made to ordet omelettes and other great breakfast choices. Clean pool with 6 am to 10 pm open hours.

Made to order breakfast omelet. Hot choices. Pool hours 6 am to 10 pm. Complementary tea and coffee in room. Iron and ironing board. Hair dryer. Comfortable pull out couch. Clean room. Every room has a little balcony. Grounds are landscaped beautifully. Two minutes from Phoenix Chikdren Hospital.

Location access is not good. Property is too small to have an excellent facility.

This hotel was hosting a gay pride beach party for the two days we were booked there. Was only told it was a private pool party. The party was completely inappropriate for my elderly father who traveled with me to see his sick brother. The music was so loud we couldn’t hear our TV and there was no parking at all not even at Jerry’s as the staff suggested I park. There were non-handicap guests parked in the designated handicap parking there was also saved parking by party promoters with orange cones! Finally finding a parking across the street and crossing with my handicap father we made our way to our room. As we walked to our room the DJ made an announcement for the party goers to please stop having sex in the bathrooms! When we reached our room there where couples leaning against the balcony wall in a very intense kissing session. My father is from a era of respect and modesty he was so embarrassed by the behavior of these guest that he wanted to give up our reservation and move to another hotel. I have no problem with gay pride in fact I have a gay son but I hope he would never act the way these guests did. It was very uncomfortable and vulgar. I am requesting a full refund for my stay from Orbit and will not be staying at this Embassy Suites again.

It states 24 shuttle to airport. NOT. No evening shuttle granted we came in late..The AM shuttle started way later than we needed. I chose this hotel because of the shuttle service offered. False advertising

Convenient to abrazo heart center...................

The rooms could use an update.....the décor is very old. Also, the wallpaper was coming off the wall and the water in shower went from hot to cold. The happy hour snacks could also be improved upon. I did think the breakfast was really good.

Great time, everything was great. Breakfast crew was amazing!

Very accomindating friendly, other than my rewards not being applied will continue to chooses this location.

would be nice if the rooms was updated, Pool was clean

My son went with his high school class and I stayed in a separate room. excellent breakfast. very nice staff. restaurants next door and across the street. They had unarmed security on site. very satisfied about the safety.

I am happy that such a great room was available and that it was conveniently located to the state fairgrounds.

This hotel very convenient to airport, restaurants. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. We also enjoyed the happy hour, free breakfasts and the pool. Would definitely recommend this hotel

This is not the typical Embassy Suites. It felt like it was a previous Howard Johnson type hotel. The staff and food chef were very nice and professional. The hotel was old. There is a nice Embassy Suites just 2 miles from this one. I wish we knew the facts prior to booking.

It was extremely amazing and clean. Great breakfast and the complimentary drinks was unexpected but I enjoyed it very much. My husband was extremely pleased with everything. The bed was comfortable. I slept like a baby. The staff was very polite and the location was perfect for us. I give it 4 stars. The only negative is the room was somewhat dated.
