Location was very convenient. It was disappointing that breakfasts had been suspended without giving notice in the website or room confirmation. (Other lodgings have found safe ways to provide some form of breakfast despite Covid.) Room and bed were good, but blanket had cigarette burns and was small. Micro soap bars were a little hard to hold. Stale cigarette smoke odor in back hall. Some other guests were noisy. Front desk was very helpful. Parking lot was clean.

Extremely run down, bathroom door had vertical crack and didn't work. Shower gushed more water out of the shower than in it. Smoke smell permeated room. In desparate need of a remodel/refresh.

The place was okay. I stayed here once before a long time ago and it was nice but it seems now like its going down hill. Hallways smelled like weed and there were diffrent people in the hall ways and outside my room yelling at each other all night. Alot of tweakers. The room itself wasnt that bad, curtains were gross tho.

Monique at the front desk was the only good thing about this place. She kindly help me print a couple documents I needed for my day's work. Thank you!

Nice staff, fast service, clean. Wish had more options for complimentary breakfast. Not much was provided.

The Phoenix light-rail has a stop one block away. You can go straight to the airport on that line. Area hotel is in is pretty barren. Circle K and two fast food joints two blocks away. Other than that it's all residential.

Not enough amenities and it was noisey. There were guest hanging out side there rooms making noise and nobody did anything about it.

The bedsheets had holes and with a bandaid looking coverup.

Excellent rooms! The breakfast was rather limited.

It was in a good location, walking distance to train and buses if you needed. Near food and stores

I liked the overall cheap price for my stay. I didn't like that the rooms aren't sound proof especially the doors, You could hear people talking loud throughout the day and night when they walked the hallway. I also didn't like the free breakfast. I woke up early for nothing special. You only get stale donuts and other types of pastries. I thought I was going to get eggs and bacon etc. The coffee machine in my room was dirty.

The bed I stayed on had a lot of pillows that's all I liked about my stay. I didn't like my check-in experience and the staff aren't really that friendly. I also got stuck way in the back as far as the room is concerned over looking the dumpster. First time stay, last time stay.

I like that it is clean and inexpensive. I like that despite the area it is quiet.

All of the features you get for the price of the hotel is great! Rooms could be a bit cleaner but that’s nitpicking overall great staff and a good stay

Breakfast quality is so so, choices were very limited and I was told "no more!" .

When we arrived we were told that the computer had crashed and it would take a moment to update. So we sat and waited. The lady at the front desk started making vague comments about issuing a refund and then about other hotels we could stay at and after waiting about 30 minutes it became apparent she didn’t think she could honor our reservation and had quit trying. Once I contacted customer support, Orbitz did a good job of trying to get her to honor the reservation and then making another reservation for us close by. In the hour we spent in the econolodge we were amazed at how poorly kept it was and at the extremely rough crowd drifting in and out and wandering the halls, including some very drugged out and intoxicated indivuals that yelled at the staff until they got attention.

when I went to check out the girl said she would print my receipt, but instead started to talk with someone else. After waiting quite awhile as she talked, I gave up, and told her I would get it from my charge account. That was the only bad experience

Very friendly staff! Very clean room and comfortable bed.
