We moved to the Doubletree from another hotel to have a bigger, nicer pool for our final day in Phoenix. We did gain a much nicer pool area but sacrified in the way of rooms--the rooms are pretty dark, being decorated in browns. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was not included, which was different from my expectation when I booked the hotel. There was a thunderstorm during the night and staff was working hard the next day to clean up the grounds and get things back in order.

Everything was good. The staff at the desk and in the bar gave excellent service.

Not clean at all.

Our stay was nice, we enjoued the pool and the jacuzzi, however there were people smoking pot in pool area and could smell outsid my room. To me that is not a good enviroment for children and we had one with us.

very central to most areas. close to shopping as well bars and restaurants.

Front Desk, Case, was very friendly and accommodating for an early check in. Property is awesome with pool and shaded areas. Great staycation while work was done on home.

Loved the cookies and the friendly staff.

Hotel is dated and needs rehab and updating. The pool is in very bad shape. The pool deck is broken and cracked and the pool floor has large pieces of the plaster that are missing. I am sure this is a franchise location and independently owned but Hilton should review and check this place out.

The location is centered around plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Most of the staff is very friendly, although Pauline and Jen came across pretty cold and unwelcoming. The breakfast options to order were pretty good, although there is an extra charge for them. There isn't daily room service due to COVID so you're responsible for keeping your own room clean. They are short staff due to COVID, so there are extended wait times for some things. I really hated that there are no microwaves in the individual rooms. The grounds are nice. The pool seemed to be clean and keep well. There are nice areas indoor and outdoor to sit comfortably. Overall, it's a nice property, but some staff could certainly use more training in how to be hospitable, microwaves should be placed in rooms, and some breakfast items should be included with the room.

Close parking spaces to room. Very nice hot tub.

This is a beautiful property, I loved how clean it was and the friendly staff. We got delicious warm cookies at check in and water bottles. The bed was very confortable too! Oh, they offer free shuttle service to the airport. Will definitely stay again!

Jose checked me in and he was super friendly and helpful. When I walked in Becka was another representative that was there during check in and she was very rude, she never said hello and was quick to yell out that the property was all non smoking when I asked where I could smoke. Jose was kind enough to jump in and show me the areas I could smoke at. She definitely needs to learn better customer service.

Beautiful landscaping. Large room. Tasty meals. Helpful staff. Signage to locate rooms would be helpful.

Second time here, really like the property and staff. Rooms are a little dusty from limited usage

Close to Circle K and freeway. Hotel had limited access due to COVID-19 pandemic

We are glad that your overall experience was a good one. We are also very sorry that you expereinced the people smoking in the pool area. That is absolutely NOT allowed and if we ever see that happening we will stop it immediately. Again - sorry you experienced this.

Thanks for your review. We are indeed currently having a really hard time finding staff that want to come back to work. That said, glad that you had a nice stay!
