Very clean

Pretty noise, AC did not work that well. Beds a bit hard

The staff was friendly but the hotel its self was totally disappointing. The towels had a weird film on them (maybe the detergent). My family and I had allergic reactions to something in the room. The room smelled of old carpet and chemicals. We didnt recieve room service until our last day upon request. There was no attached cord in the rooms phone, so we had to call the front desk using our personal phones. There was horrible chipping and damage on the rooms furniture. There were visible holes in the wall in the hallways. The room service menu looked as if someone shoved it in the bottom of a bag and pulled it out (crinkled). The air conditioning vent was dusty. There was no screen in the window. The evaluator had graffiti carvings and the floor was bubbled over with water damage. As soon as we walked in we thought, this is nice, although upon entering our room we instantly wanted a refund but didnt want to go through the hazzle of the refund process. This was our first time to Tempe, AZ and we vowed to never stay at this hotel anymore.

Property facility and room was aged, old, definitely used and needs an upgrade. Room was not clean with the exception of bedding and towels. Breakfast was pathetic, brown bag and nothing hot. Guests were loud, woken up by ladies arguing in front of the hotel at 3am and later woken up again with folks arguing down the hall around 4am. Staff did nothing about it.

The property was conveniently located close to the freeway. The room was clean. The housekeepers, Yezy and Everly (not sure how to spell their names) were absolutely amazing!

This property looks like something nice and new from the outside. But it’s actually a remodel. And a crappy remodel at that. It’s just a facelift. And nothing nice. Inside the rooms looks seriously dated still and the AC is the WORST thing. SO HOT IT WAS RIDICULOUS. AND THEN THEIR RIDICULOUS $100 INCIDENTAL CHARGE COMPARED TO ALL OTHER HOTELS WAS RIDICULOUS. HOTELS MUCH NICER THAN THEIRS WAS ONLY LIKE $25

The property was under construction and there was mo way to get to our room without walking through the construction. We have 2 small kids who had to step over and sround tools, extention cords random extra doors sitting in the halls, etc. The already small parking lot was further congested due to the consteuction, with the construction trucks taking up two spots each and then having rolls of carpet and other tools spread out across the parking lot. At one point we actually had to drive over a roll of carpet that had been spread out to be cut and then was left laying scross the entire width of the parking lot.

It’s close to the event we were going to and close to the airport. You have been told the place was under renovations when we booked.

Very clean and comfortable! Very clean and comfortable! Very clean and comfortable! Very clean and comfortable! Very clean and comfortable!

Clean and Amenities were great! Check in procedure was great.

Breakfast was good, location was convenient, would stay again

Nice hotel close to airport. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Room was big and clean only problem was several of the light bulbs were burnt out.

nice, clean hotel, very friendly staff, great breakfast

I called ahead before booking our room to make sure their shuttle would be available to pick us up from a late flight and drop us off back at the airport for an early flight. The woman that I talked to was so helpful and nice. She told me not to worry about anything and that they’d get us wherever we needed to be.

Staying here for a few times already. Closed to ASU Tempe. Free shuttle to Phoenix airport. Decent size rooms. Rooms are clean.
