Very friendly, room was clean and comfortable. Would stay again

Minimal staff (although front desk@checkin was great), super noisy (other guests seemed like they were partying into the night, slamming doors, yelling), room ok (but not what you’d expect for the price) and overall condition 1 step up from economy motels. Morning desk staff seated and therefore invisible behind front desk....which seemed to be the Go sign for area homeless to eat. Felt bad for the homeless guy at breakfast but his presence tells me that security was lax. Stayed here because Hampton Inn was booked; will try a diff hotel the next time we can’t get a room at the Hampton.

Hotel was clean, quiet and really comfortable beds. The only suggestion would be they renovate showers but overall excellent . Would recommend and would stay in again.

The staff was very helpful have us great directions to where we needed to be

I came for a week to visit with my daughter, I only was in my room for sleeping and getting ready for the day ahead. However, my room was always clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast every morning and the ice water in the lobby, also cookies in the evening. The only suggestion I have is to trade the egg discs for actual scrambled eggs...a major improvement. The bacon was excellent. The choices were satisfying. Thanks for a nice time.

Comfortable. Clean and good location. Can hear some traffic noise but not enough that it’s considered annoying.

Room was small and bathroom and vanity area were very cramped. Ok for overnight.

Although temperatures were in the thirties at night, our room was stifling; we had to keep the air conditioning on full blast. Even then, it didn't help much; I ended up kicking the bed covers off half of the night. The shower head was poorly installed and sprayed water out of the pipe threads, soaking the wall, ceiling, and floor. The bathroom vent didn't work, so the bathroom became oppressively hot and humid during a shower; the only way to ventilate was to open the door to the rest of the room. The windows were screwed shut, which kind of makes sense for security (first-floor room), but which made it impossible to get any sort of fresh air. All desk chairs had been intentionally broken (no idea why..), so that the height could not be adjusted, leaving you knees-bent and reaching up to the desk while trying to work. Staff was also adamant about keeping all lights on in the breakfast area, which was already well-lit by exterior windows and light from the lobby and which was empty in any case. The reason given was that lights are necessary for "cooking," i.e., running an automatic cookie oven just inside the entrance. Not as "green" as advertised. Fairly certain that this hotel caters to motorsports guests, as on-site promotional materials advertised the nearby racetrack. Guessing we were not the target demographic.

The friendliest and most helpful hotel staff I've ever encountered. Excellent breakfast. Excellent refrigerator. Only thing to make it perfect will be when they add microwaves, which I understand is being worked on.

Nice hotel, nice breakfast, very comfortable bed. Good price.

I want to say that the manager Conny was absolutely fabulous in accommodating everything that we needed and made the state quite enjoyable .I would absolutely stay there again .

Room was clean, Staff friendly, and Motel centrally located to service my needs Would stay there again!!

Very clean and enjoyable room. Would stay again on next visit to the area.

Across the street from Rudy's BBQ. Quiet location.

The little fridgider should not be placed into the closet. It needs ventillation! The food what we put in, frozed solid over night. the setting was to high???

Off the main road so no street noise. Easy freeway access, close to restaurants, very clean and friendly staff (Michelle).

When I arrived early at 11 AM exhausted from a six hour drive, Vanessa went out of her way to find me a room although checkin was not until 3 PM. I stayed three nights. This hotel is NOT hard to find, just off the I -10, turn East, first right behind Motel 6 and Fairfield Inn (which has a laundry if you need it). Denny's and another eatery are just across Chandler Blvd. I stayed three quiet restful nights with an adequate breakfast each morning. All the staff was very friendly. I would stay here again .

Remember that time you were in 100+ degree weather and you wanted to go into a stuffy room at 80+ degrees to cool off? Me either. Imagine for a moment you are out in phoenix. It’s hot out. The heat is around 100 degrees and the Arizona sun is unrelenting. It’s been a long day and you are tired. You go get your hotel room key, walk into the room and realize that it’s over 80 degrees with zero air flow. This is NOT what I had in mind when I wanted retreat into an air conditioned room. Air conditioning is essential in Arizona and to have ALL the rooms in the hotel at 80 degrees is just wrong. I am paying for the room from 3pm to 11am the next day, yet I had to wait a few hours for the room to get cool before I could comfortably stay in it? The lobby was well air conditioned so why can’t the rooms be? What’s worse is I left the hotel to wait for the room to cool down and it barely got around 75 degrees when I got back. I had to get another room that offered better air conditioning temperature. (My initial room maxed out at 70 degrees?) I get into my other room and it’s also 80 degrees. I was forced to leave my room AGAIN, to give it enough time to reach a reasonable temperature. I regretted my choice in Comfort Inn when I realized that Comfort Inn cared more about operational costs to maintain a reasonably cool temperature for a room I paid over my actual comfort. Looking at reviews for this location it seems I am not the only one with this issue. Is it Comfort Inn’s policy to keep all its hotel rooms at 80 degrees? If not then why was that the case in the hotel at I-10 and Chandler?
