Las habitaciones que nos asignaron,no fueron de nuestro agrado, había un gran hoyo bajo el sink,(donde corren las tuberías) por donde dos veces vimos salir de ahí una cucaracha...me pareció que habían hecho trabajo de destapar la tina de baño,el agua corría despacio y no estaba limpia cuando ingresamos al hotel...nos quedamos como por 6-7 días....los primeros dos días recibimos de desayuno un breakfast sándwich congelado..así que decidimos salir a desayunar a otra parte..comprendo lo de la pandemia...pero también estamos seguros que pudieron haber hecho mejor...por razones sentimentales hemos escogido este hotel,cada ves que viajamos,pero esta vez estamos muy desilusionados.

What a great experience! Liann at the front desk is amazing at what she does. Check in was a breeze! Very appreciated when dealing with a stressed out exhausted family! She’s the best!

The place is showing wear and tear. The rooms need some updating especcially the bathrooms. The buffet needs some heathier choices for breakfast.

Issues with or reservation an Orbitz issue but still not great customer service. Can hear everything in the hall and outside. Not a quiet hotel.

The staff was most pleasant and helpful. The Agent we checked in with (late) was helpful, cheerful and uplifting. On the other hand, the sofa in our room was rather a reck.

The WiFi was fast,but hard to connect to. The bed was sagging on each side-felt like i was in a trough. The room smelled.

The premises were very clean and the staff was helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was great!

Friendly & clean Washer apparently not working

Slippery tub with broken drain. No screens in window. Couldn't lock security lock on door. Door didn't hang correctly in frame, could see hallway w/door shut. No towels, then delivered w/hair in towels. Disappointing

The rooms were clean however some rooms need a major over haul. The non skid coating on our tub was all cracked and hard to stand on as it was hard and rough, dead bolt didn’t work at all. Electrical outlet in the bathroom just dangling by a screw. We were put in a new room which was better however the phone had so much static couldn’t even hear the people st the front desk. They did replace the phone. This was our second stay in two years. We like the location but I’m thinking of trying somewhere different next year. If I were to stay here again next year I would ask to see the room before taking it. This hotel is now under new management. Hopefully they will make some well needed up grades. The staff were accommodating which was nice.

The staff were helpful and accommodating. The cleanliness wasn’t great.
