Staff is crazy rude! We had free breakfast included with our stay but they didn’t tell us about it and when I asked about they were angry. No bellhop was available to take our luggage to our room. The resort is huge and spread out and the hotel says they have transportation around the resort but they always made us wait 40-50 minutes and many times forgot to get us and we would have to call several times. (Even though on the phone they said 10-15 minutes for a ride. The main lock was broken on our hotel door and we didn’t have any wash clothes on check in. The hotel is gorgeous but the staff is so rude and nasty!

Overall, this is a good resort. I do not think AAA 4 diamond, but still nice...especially for families. We travelled with our 7 year old son and we all had a blast at the water park (3 slides...all great, lazy river, wave pool and another relaxing type pool, large hot tub). Food and drinks at the waterpark are a little pricey, but very good. The rooms in the resort are very comfortable...furniture is a little dated in family room, but you can tell they have recently remodeled the bedrooms. Outsides of the buildings need some major TLC and so do the pool and hot tubs located close to the room buildings, but I think they are working on that. (the waterpark is in great shape though). Golf course looked really nice but we didn't play it. Would be nice if they offered more and better food options at the resort. Resort is big, but definetly easy to get around. We had one of the furthest rooms from the waterpark and it was literally only a 3-4 minute walk. Would stay again.

Several advice I can give as business owner myself. Knowing that there is pandemic if you’re opening the facility do it. Don’t open one bar or cafe you’re basically asking to spread the virus from compacting one area less than 6ft from each other. To avoid. Open more bars which gives you more space specially you’re outdoor which gives you more room and more Service to give and more profit. I just don’t get It. It took as soo long to get drinks and food daily and I’d didn’t make any sense.

The property is gorgeous. The staff was rude and the meal and restaurant options due to COVID are confusing and quite honestly need revisited. There is a huge line for drinks and food every evening. You can only access food from one location. I don't quite understand how this line and grouping for food can be better or safer than room service.

The hotel is nice, water park is super fun. However There are some issues with this place. Due to covid they do not offer housekeeping during the stay. They would bring extra towels or toiletries, but would not clean or pick up dirty towels. Not very many onsite dining options and they do not have a shuttle to nearby restaurants. Nothing really on walking distance. Not sure what we pay resort fee for...... also the 18hole golf course is beautiful but no bathroom on the whole course 😬

We didn’t know the water park was open daily. When we checked in on Saturday 2/27 we were told it was only open Thursday-Sunday. Went on Sunday and it was not open .

The access to the waterpark and the response from hospitality was great. We went during the pandemic so the amenities were somewhat lacking from normal, but what was available to us was amazing and the folks at the front desk were so helpful. The room could be updated and it was a little dirty when we got there (candy on the floor), but overall with the situation on hand, we were very happy. We would absolutely come back.

Water park was great! Rooms were just ok- not very clean and a little outdated/run down but beds were very comfortable The food and drink were pretty poor
