Awesome hotel very friendly staff & very clean all around .

A great stay with friendly staff.

Great hotel! My family had a great time. We loved the room, the pool, fire pit and the bar. My only concern was the mask policy. Most employees didn’t wear a masks or just wore them in their chin the entire time and guest were apparently not required to either. The staff who cleaned the rooms were the only ones who wore masks properly.... All and all it was great!! If I wasn’t vaccinated, I would not have stepped foot in there tho.

Nice place, not super fancy, clean, modern, comfortable bed, descent parking, reasonable rate... most definitely worth the money!

Room was missing tissues and toilet paper was not a new role

I’ve stayed at this or the Sky Harbor locations a number of times. This was the first time I had no hot water, and the blinds were broken so I had to use pillows to block out the light. I’ll find a room across the street next time.

Location is very convenient if you're flying the next day. It's set apart from many things, so unless you're eating at In-N-Out, (which is delicious) you'll have to trek a bit.

Great location, but because of being next to the freeway it's a bit noisy.

Great room for the price. Clean room. Staff was great

Bed was lumpy and annoying, uncomfortable to sleep on. Due to mattress pad under sheet kept moving and making the bed impossible to sleep in. I realize mattress pad protects the mattress, but shouldn't keep clumping up. All 4 pillows were really bad, felt like they were like 10 years old, neck ached in morning. 1 Shower soap dispenser kept falling off and breaking in the shower every day of the stay by just a slight tap. Don't like these dispensers because they do not have a reliable, locked cap where staff puts soap. Basically, a customer could tamper with the interior of this soap, and here, as people lodging are using this to wash sensitive areas of our bodies, and face, and feel questionable if someone added unknown liquids inside dispenser by simple removing top and putting their own liquids. Little creepy. The shower head with extended arm had leak, a small mist would spray in the shower like you are a water park in the summer. Shower head also had hard water build up greenish, lime stain. I think the manager of the building should buy some CLR, to take care of that problem, and dip the entire head in CLR for 15 minutes to rid this problem. The BR wall paper had steam or water stains all up and down wall, perhaps there was a leak from the ceiling a while back, or its steam from the shower that makes the entire room have water stains on them. You can see this with natural light or artificial light. Surprised no one doesn't replace this wall paper, it's very obvious.

Nice clean room, small but adequate, bed on the hard side. Biggest issue was traffic noise from nearby street and freeway. Traffic noise continued all night. Like the fact that there was special hybrid vehicle parking near the front entrance. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bartender, Brenda, was very nice.

This was a pleasure to stay in this hotel. I could recomend it to any one! Thanks for all your attentions.

Worst receptionists I have ever dealt with. Frowning at the customer and making fun of my accent. Refused to offer a solution after having messed up the shuttle reservation. What a horrendous experience!

Pool area was shabby & entrance/reception was dirty

Nice hotel easy reach close to transportation Quite and easy contact

The room was clean and had all of the expected features. The interactions with the staff were good and I found no issues.

This hotel has really great decor and the staff was friendly and helpful. We only stayed I've bought, but really loved the atmosphere. It's walking distance to ASU's campus and Mill street, making it stay convenient as well. We would definitely stay here again
