We arrived after midnight to find that they had overbooked and had no room for us. We had to find a different hotel which was not in the immediate vicinity. Very disappointing experience.

Under staffed for front desk and breakfast area. Unable to keep breakfast filled. No breakfast at all on Sunday. My confirmed second room for my mother and brother they had no record of. They tried to move me to a more expensive hotel for my mom and brother. Then while I was at the other hotel they magically came up with a room. While staying there I heard three other parties at the front desk being told they didn’t have a room. Apparently, they have a over booking problem.

aircuts The hotel itself is very nice and clean however the overall experience was greatly lacking. Our group had three hotel reservations with confirmations two were located and the third could not be found. They said they had no open rooms available for the third room we needed even though we had confirmations for all three rooms booked. After driving around to another Hilton we were sent back here because there was in-fact open rooms. Later (10:45 pm) there was a large group in the parking lot blasting music and yelling I called the front desk and was told quiet time doesn't begin until midnight even though signage throughout the hotel clear lost that quiet time begins at 10pm. So our three small children and elderly family members who had been traveling all day were unable to sleep due to the parking lot party outside our rooms. Sunday morning we headed down to breakfast at 7:30, breakfast was supposed to start at 7:00am, there was no breakfast and no sign of breakfast. At 8:30 they had a few things out like muffins and cereal. Would not consider this hotel family friendly at all and very disorganized and understaffed.

Lovely and respectful staffs, clean rooms. Highly recommended if you are looking for a place in that area

I called ahead because I had booked through Orbitz and they had not yet charged me the pet fee. The woman who answered the phone was gracious, welcoming and warm. She gave me more information about the hotel and told me she looked forward to me staying with them. (A huge positive - made to feel like a real guest before even arriving!) Large, safe parking on both sides of the building. Upon arrival to the lobby, I was checked in by the woman I talked to on the phone (Alicia) and she offered us use of a clean pet bed and pet mat for free! This made my day (and Maggie the cat's day too!) The lobby is wonderful and there are many social and work spaces throughout it. The hotel offers a complimentary prepacked breakfast which just hit the spot and came in new clean bags, etc (much appreciated during covid.) The room was good sized, had a mini-fridge and the bed was comfortable. There was an issue with some clean sheets that had a few hairs on them but the front desk took care of it quickly. (Obviously they had gone through the wash but had stayed stuck.) Staff was amazing and went over the top with service. Anytime I called or approached the desk, my questions were answered. The location is very convenient to everything: food, shopping, etc. Within a minute drive/5 minute walk is fast food, a convenience store/gas (Wawa), shopping, and more. The views of the sky from this hotel are breathtaking! They're far enough from other buildings that the whole sky greets you.

The toys for the children very family friendly. Lack of perental guidence and no hot tub for me to relax

nice facility fair price for the room One issue to note is that it is not easy to spot from the road. It is set back from the road behind some other buildings. Passed it and had to travel up and down the road several times before I found the hotel. I think it is great that they offer breakfast. However, it is pretty inedible. Ate some eggs, but not much else due to the bad taste. Sorry Hilton. That said , once there, the hotel was clean, comfortable and fine for the price. ($92 for the night. i don't think I would recommend paying much more)

Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay with us. We do pride ourselves in being a family friendly hotel with our game area in the lobby as well as our indoor pool. We do encourage parental guidance for our younger guests but only require it in the pool and fitness center. We certainly hope that you enjoyed your stay otherwise. Thank you for staying with us!
