Nice property and renovated main area.

Short staffed but amazing customer service and very very clean room, we will definitely go back since we go to that area many times a year

Overall it was a really nice place and great location. Modern aesthetic and great food at the restaurant. I loved the Starbucks in the lobby and the self checkout in their store. They gave us warm chocolate chip cookies when we checked in so, extra points for that! The two things that could be better would be the water pressure in the shower and the airflow in the room. The thermostat and only vent were in the bedroom so it made the temperature in the couch area hard to control.

I wanted to give myself some time to calm down ,I didn’t want to give an unfair review. However I also wanted to share my experience... first night there, I arrived late (close to 3am). I drove 10 hours to get there only to have another guest arguing in the adjoining room. Multiple calls to the front desk only to have nothing resolved. Next morning we find out our safe in the room doesn’t work. Also had a water main break so we were without water for a few hours. Mentioned something to staff at front desk, they accommodated and we were moved to another suite. after moving rooms, we found out that the safe in this room didn’t work either, the room was dirty when we get in, the sanitation sticker wasn’t on our room door. All of this lead me to believe our room wasn’t properly inspected or cleaned before we changed rooms. The staff was friendly but the overall experience left me looking for another place to book next time I come into town.

I thought my stay was good overall . I didn’t like that construction was going on during my stay and I was not made aware.I felt cleanliness was good but I found two nails on the floor that punctured my foot by the bedside. I did make the front desk aware by bringing the second nail down to the front desk. I suggested that they should check the floor to prevent anyone from more serious injuries . I was not happy about the nail in my foot but I did enjoy the rest of my stay . Also the toilet paper holder was lose and not properly installed. I felt the shower floor could have been cleaner there was particles on the bottom of the floor and became more apparent as the water was running . Some things need to be addressed but I was ok.

I liked the convenience of the location. The room was nice and modern. Very clean bathroom with upgraded fixtures.

I like that they give you a warm chocolate chip walnut cookie. It was delicious. The woman that checked out in and out was very friendly. I liked that they were accommodating and gave us a late checkout. The location is perfect, close to the King of Prussia Mall. My only complaint was that they don't do a continental breakfast.

The property is very well kept. Staff is friendly and helpful.

There was not USB ports for charging. No refrigerator which is unusual today. No towel racks and no wastebasket in the bathroom. Breakfast was not included at the $190.00 price This was very disappointing for a property at this price point.

Amazing hotel! Staff was great and the room was perfect.
