I would like to see receptacles for plastic in each room & printed information regarding how to conserve everything while we stay there (towel service, sheet changes, recycling, reducing consumption, etc...) Its a large hotel & the impact can be far reaching with all the guests that come through

Great location!

Excellent

It's very conveniently located and staff were very nice. Elevators were extremely slow & due to pandemic not much support or ameniis, but they still have valet parking, unlike many places.

They charged my credit card did not release money and was not authorized to do so

there where homeless people peeing on the building, there was food and trash everywhere, we even seen mice running in the flower planters outside witch by the way where mostly dead and not watered all plants were droopy,, people begging for money and cigarettes' so bad i didn't even want to go outside the building. also homeless people seeping all along the outside of the building. as far as the inside there was no microwave, no mini fridge and the mattress was very hard and un comfortable lastly the was no water in the pool. ps also be prepared to pay over $50 just to park there why should you pay to park at the place you are staying? overall i would never stay there again oh and not to forget if you want a free breakfast that most hotels have dont look her it was like $30 a person.

Pool, restaurant bar, entrances closed. No housekeeping after 3 homeless everywhere

I got a good rate on my stay since some amenities were closed and the lobby was under construction. The only inconvenient part was the closure of the market street entrance so you had to go around the block to enter. Starbucks was the only food/drink option but there are plenty of other places nearby in this location. Rooms were very clean. I would stay again when things are back to normal.

I didn’t like the fact that the room next door had a party going all night long where I had to call security at 3:30am to have them quiet down. Unfortunately that did not work and the party kept going. Second the air conditioning didn’t fully work until 1:30 in the morning and prior to that we were sweating and lastly they charged me 3 times for parking at $57 each time which they conceded was wrong and corrected but the fact that it happened was discouraging.

The hotel was convenient middle of everything but parking was very expensive the options was $50 a day valet or $50 a day in the structure that was a bit of a walk

This Marriott is perfect for attending the Flower show at the Convention center and going to the Market for the best food in Phila! You walk right out on the 3rd floor skywalk directly into the Convention Center. Our room was nice, clean and only lacking some working USB ports to charge our phones. Frig in room. Ice machine on 6th floor not working,so you run to another floor to find one to deliver ice.

The location of the hotel is great, hotel is clean and the staff is friendly

Just one day we didn’t have wash clothes or water. Other than that it was great!

$56 to park was expensive. Understood the construction on the lobby, but the rest of the hotel could use some upgrading, too. The pool was awkward and cold.
