Advertised as having 24 h airport shuttle. Arrived at airport 1005 pm and told shuttle only runs until 1000 pm had to struggle and overpay ride for the 0.6 mile trip.

Hi! I was excited to stay, as it’s close to center city; the pool was closed early because someone defecated in the pool… it was closed the next day also. When I checked in, I noticed a someone in the pool area eat a platter of seafood. Housekeeping, chefs and other staff was amazingly knowledgeable and provided awesome recommendations!thank you to Cyani, for the great suggestions! The manager, chef & kitchen staff were so attentive! Cleaning spills and refilling things so very quickly, the fresh omelette was memorable. My room, had trash in the bedside drawers, the mini fridge never operated properly, there were several long blonde hairs on the sheets… otherwise, staff made the stay awesome!!

I have always had great experiences with Embassy Suites. This particular property was not well kept, the desk staff was indifferent and not the least bit welcoming. The worst part of my experience was discovering urine on the pullout bed, so I had to sleep on the couch.

There was so much noise till around 3 am from guests slamming doors, talking loudly in the very echoing lobby/open ce ter of the hotel.

If I’m paying $20 for parking at least be valet

Hotel was very nice, breakfast was very good. I will stay here again.

I expected more from an Embassy Suites. The shower was moldy, the hinges were rusted, the lamp shade was stained and the wall was patched poorly. The parking lot was littered with debris and the few trash cans in the building were overflowing. The elevators were slow unreliable. We would wait nearly 20 min to get down from the 3rd floor. Stair access was a mess because you could not exit the building from the stairs without setting off an alarm. The only way out of the building was the front entrance and by our second day in the hotel the main rotary door was broken. I understand the challenges that covid has placed on the hospitality industry but this was a disappointing experience for an otherwise reputable chain.

We could not have been more disappointed with this facility. We had change rooms multiple times due to filthy conditions and the rooms looking in disarray as if they were not previously cleaned. The room we were finally comfortable in also posed some issues such as the bathroom sink not draining and overflowing. We got a real sense of uncleanliness within the entire facility. It is apparent that the building is in desperate need of renovation. There was no food available other than premade sandwiches from a refrigerator and only one bottle of water was left. Upon leaving the hotel the next morning, we witnessed several situations which appeared to be illegal activities such as paid escort services. These individuals were obviously very friendly with the staff and comfortable conducing their business in the building. This made us feel very unsafe and insecure. Needless to say, we were thrilled to be walking out the door never to return again.

I know you can’t control the Covid restrictions. Was bummed that even though mask mandate was over, swimming pool was closed. Very noisy street at night. Maybe sound proof windows that have busy street view?

It’s was ok

I just needed one night away and staff made it very comfortable for me thank you again..

The staff in the afternoon was very friendly. Unfortunately, the staff in the evening was not friendly and had an attitude. The was in good condition, until you flip the sheets . The sheets were filthy. When told front desk there was nothing the could due to Limited room service. Therefore I had to sleep on the couch for two nights. It was last minute and couldn’t find another hotel with space . I was disgusted because I’m a travel nurse. I expect to at least have a clean bedding in order to get a good night rest to service the community that I came to help

The Tv would show NO Signal when you are watching

The hotel was filthy. When booking your led to believe your going to get HOT breakfast as well as the pool being open but neither are true. The hotel had ants in the bathroom. There was no tub only a shower. There was a nasty stain in the carpet and all the desk/ tables had splatters of previous spilled things on them. The bathroom light was dim. Parking was 20 a night. There is also a $150 deposit that you also have to pay for when you arrive at the hotel. Even if you have paid for your room in full. This hotel sucks.

Everything was good, excellent staff & housekeeping went above and beyond during this covid 19 period.

Overall it was a great stay. Not everything was available because of COVID but staff all very helpful and hotel was well kept. Only issue we had was that our AC did not function properly. The temperature set function didn’t work so it was either sub zero or we had to turn the AC off and just deal with it.

I know that we are in a pandimic but for the money that is charge for these rooms and there is no discounted prices the hotel should be able to have a buffet style breakfast with social distancing. The kitchen should be open so the guest wouldn't have to order outside food. Or the hotel should have a deal with a outside resturant for a discounted prices.

Good Evening, I am sorry you were misinformed about our shuttle times. It states on our website that we currently have limited shuttle service. I hope this will not deter you from staying with us in the future so we can have an opportunity to make it right for you.

Dear Anonymous, I am very sorry to hear of your disappointment with the hotel. We certainly take your comments and feedback to heart and I will be sure to address the cleanliness of our property with our team immediately. We do offer a limited menu at our bar, which is available nightly from 5pm until 10pm, as well as our selection of items in our corner market, which sounds like it was not stocked well when you visited. We appreciate you comments, and guest safety is a top concern for our hotel. If we witness or receive a report of illegal activity happening, we will conduct an interview review and report to the proper authorities as necessary. Its disappointing to hear that you will not choose Embassy Suites when you return to Philadelphia, as we will use your comments to make this a better property for all guests.
