Clean, well appointed rooms in a nice setting. Convenient to skiing and cute towns. Helpful staff. Hard to know about all the amenities as most things were closed because of the pandemic.

Very low water pressure in the shower. Good area for walking around.

We went during the off season. The pool and spa were closed as well as all of the retail shops located underneath the hotel. Yet still I was charged the full resort fee which was triple what was shown on orbitz.

Nice, warm hotel in a very nice area. Great in the summer or fall for the views!

Not room we paid for , only 1 queen bed . A 26% tax added on top of what we were supposed to pay

Everything was adequate. The price to value is too high for what you get.......inflated in the warmer months.

Up for one night everything was perfect . Not very busy but that is the winter. Going back next weekend and already made reservation. Fiancé wants to go back in summer also

Bay Harbor is a gorgeous place. The one thing that I didn't like about it was that the beds had to be pulled out of a couch or out of a wall. One bed was a pull-out couch, and the other bed was a Murphy bed. I was traveling with a senior citizen who cannot lift heavy things, and it was slightly more difficult to maneuver everything for her and get everything ready. Also, the lobby where you check-in at may not be in the same building as where your hotel room is. We had to go down the street and across to get to our building. However, the view was gorgeous, there is albeit expensive shopping nearby, there are some very nice restaurants very close, and, of course, there is a beautiful lake and harbor to enjoy. I will return, but I will look more closely at the room I am getting before I book again.
