First let me say that I expected a quality room for 208 dollars a night. As soon as we walked into our rooms we heard a dog barking and howling from across the hall . we informed the desk and they moved us 2 rooms down the hall, which did not solve the problem. eventually the dog was removed from the hotel. the rooms are not very modern and there was a large chip out of the sink. breakfast was very sparse, as there was no eggs or any kind of bacon or sausage. the coffee was good on the fist morning but none was available on morning #2 due to the coffee machine needed cleaning. I will not be returning to this hotel

Location was ok. This hotel is too expensve for what you get. It was a celan enough bedroom to sleep at night.

Tiny, poorly designed rooms. Very dated. Overpriced

Fair--Room in need of updating and repair--damaged walls, etc. Room was adequate but not much more than that. Unfortunately many areas in northern Michigan are very busy so lodging prices are seriously overpriced. Check in staff was very outgoing and friendly. Extremely disappointed in the breakfast. Actually they could just as well say they do not offer breakfast since there was really nothing there worth a second glance.

Pretty little garden area outback, hot tub area needs a deep clean- there was some green mildewy algae like stuff around the rim. Bathroom in room could use updating beyond painting- need new caulking, new shower (enamel was coming off), ceiling fan had water drip stains, just needs a good makeover. Front desk was kind. This is an animal, dog friendly place- there was a dog barking for hours during the day, thankfully owner came back in evening and it quited down but owners should be called back to hotel if this is the case. Overall decent stay, could def be better

For the price everything was more than expected. The towels were of better quality, the little amenity extras were more than just a soap bar and tube of shampoo. The room was clean, fresh, and of nice design. All the hotel carpeting was being replaced so the morning breakfast area was grab and go. The hotel staff made it accommodating as possible. Without question I would stay there again.

Close too town. Easy to find. Nice pool amd great staff.

It was a nicw little hotel but it was under construction. The rooms werent sound proof. Staff was very nice and very helpful

The property was under reconstruction with fresh paint and mess everywhere. There were signs posted everywhere but nothing was comfortable. The smell was very bad and really kicked up my allergies. We had to have our window open and the leave the fan blowing all night. We asked for an extra blanket and they said they didn't have any so they gave us two extra bed sheets, a lot of good that did! We were very disappointed that the situation was not posted on their website. We traveled 5 hours to get here because of a family funeral.

Location was easy to find. Check-in was easy. Persons at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. Room had a minifridge and a microwave. The beds were comfortable. No tub but the shower was good size. A big "downer" was the carpet in the room. It was very old. There was a hole in the carpet between the beds and the carpet was ripped and pulling away from the door hearth. The carpet in the elevator was also very old and needing replacement.

The room was clean and the staff was kind and helpful. Our stay was last minute and we were glad to be able to find a place to stay, and happy it worked out like it did. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet.

Sink didn’t drain. Very dated and tiny room. We checked out in the morning and got a call late afternoon asking if we were still there because the room was still occupied.

there was a fight outside. Cops came and was noise. Once the cops left all was fine.

It was very clean and well managed. Staff was very nice

It was nice enough. I would definitely stay again.

Property was overpriced. Property is dated inside, but looks modern outside. Peeling vinyl wallpaper in rooms. Stainless steel in elevators dirty with smiley faces on it. Staff nice at hotel. Orbitz charged $30.00 more per night for hotel room than the hotel. Very disappointed with Orbitz, too.
