We are a family of 5 so I paid extra for a deluxe queen room with 2 beds and a sofa sleeper the hotel doesn’t even have sofa sleepers I was also told they had free breakfast there was only coffee we found fake finger nails all over the room the staff was friendly but housekeeping starts cleaning rooms at 7am so don’t expect to sleep in

The room smelled like mildew/wet dank carpet! We ran out of toilet paper before the night was up! The whole place needs to be redone top to bottom @ $200 dollars a night total of $600 for the entire stay I expected a whole lot better accommodations! Not to mention the $50 cash deposit; really why not charge that to the card, no thank you!

My room had too much furniture. The dresser was blocking the entry to the bed area. Had about 20” too get by into bed area.

The night guy was great! The rest of the staff was... less than mediocre.

This property was terrible, the rooms need to be updated as well as the bathroom. The wood vanity was falling apart, the shower curtain was mounted well outside of the shower enclosure. The waste can outside of the building was filled with trash in and on the ground around the trash can. Most of all the housekeeping was horrible. My room was not cleaned by housekeeping. I had informed the housekeeper that she could clean my room as I exit leaving for a day journey. I returned at midnight to find that my room had not been service. I spoke with the nice Filipino lady that was on duty that night 10Apr21, she check the housekeeping log. The log indicated that my room was clean and that the supervisor signed off the inspection. The lady on duty that night came to investigate to confirm that my room was as I say uncleaned. I also took photos for my records. I informed the day duty desk clerk as per instruction from the night duty clerk, she also left turnover notes stating the validation. I left my name and cell number with the day duty clerk for the owner of the property to call me but, still no one has call. I would expect a discount on my billing due to the fact my room was never cleaned.

Room was very dirty and dusty asked for new room couldnt get it. Stayed forba week

It was open late friendly staff convenient next to freeway

This hotel charges $150 per night on a weekend and only $70 during the week. You will overpay for either price.

We never got to stay there. We were under the impression they had pet-friendly rooms, only to learn as we were approaching Pensacola that they did not. This is not what you want to hear after driving all night. We had to find alternate accommodations on our own, though there was a gentleman at the Super 8 who was very helpful in recommending other pet-friendly accommodations in town.

Property being renevated, nice beds, construction zone , nice people running the place.

Honestly, I knew it wasn't going to be anything special. I booked the room because we needed a place to crash for the night, after a wedding reception. With that said, if you need a place to just sleep a few hours this will suffice. It's right off of I-10, next to a Waffle House, close to Cracker Barrel, gas station just across the street. So, convenient. The outside looks better than inside. The clerk on duty matched the interior, run down and not a single f*ck left to give. Not to mention, in the tiny fridge in our room was someone's leftover rotisserie chicken and a side dish I wasn't brave enough to open. I felt unclean being there. However, when got back from our gathering at 4am it was nice to have that Waffle House and the bed was still there to pass out on so it did its job.

Clean and safe. Easy on off access to interstate food and gas. This is my 3rd stay here and still pleased w value for the money.

The room, well what can I say looked like there was a bar room brawl in it. There were boot prints on the bathroom wall...etc. Breakfast was a joke, the apples had mold growing on them.

Very good esperence no expense and 15 minutes to the beach.

Got this last minute on the road for $85. It's location is great. Parking for our moving truck and trailer. It was really busy when we got there, surprisingly at 11 pm. The front desk gentlemen checked us in quickly. We took the elevator to the second floor. First and last time I used it. It had broken tiles all in it, and went slower than molassas. Took the stairwell, but it was dingy and littered with trash and food on the ground. Inside the room it was tidy, but it used to be a smoking room. There is cigarette burns in everything. There was vomit all in the shower, I cleaned it for them. All the towels had stains on them, like black stains. It was quiet overnight. The next morning the continental breakfast was as basic as it gets, I went to Hardee's across the street so I didn't have to use powdered creamer. When I went to check out the same gentleman was there and on the phone. The housekeepeer looked at me and said "what room you in?" I politely told her, then she highlighted something on a paper and went back to igoring me like when I first walked up there. I have no clue how this got 2 stars, or how they can charge over $50.

Looked OK from outside but inside was terribly outdated and needed a major remodel. Bathroom had some cleaning issues. Only stayed one night and only in room to sleep and shower but would not stay in again.

Hotel is recently renovated, so looks comparatively clean. But it looks like cheap hotel. Breakfast is minimally OK, Internet surprisingly good. May various restaurants nearby. Very close to I-10, but you will not hear it's noise.

Let us start off my staying we aren't sure what hotel this is - there were signed and logos for two different chains (Econo and Microtel).... We could have stayed in a cheaper motel but opted for a single room with double beds to spend more family time. What we got was an ant infestation, no cold water, and a staff that cursed in front of customers. I would not recommend this hotel, there are others out there for similar rates that don't have all these problems. Basically we needed a place to crash for the night and expected nothing special...when we asked the hotel staff to fix the issues nothing was done. In fact, the staff frequently used inappropriate language while guests were standing right in front of them. Here were our main issues: There was no cold water in the bathroom (the fixture was broken)...can you imagine trying to brush your teeth with steaming hot water? There were ants everywhere. Bugs are bad enough but waking up to things moving around on your comb, clothes and shoes was certainly no fun. Horrible breakfast. We get that a free breakfast isn't supposed to be lavish...but there was simply nothing there. No fruits, no pastries, stale cereal, and coffee that was full of grinds. Lastly - the upsides: We got what we reserved, while it took some time to get the room ready, there were no hiccups in the reservation. There was a good wifi connection nearly everywhere. There was enough parking and the location was very convenient. Right across the street was a pair of fast food and gas stations. It was also very close to the freeway entrance! Hope this helps, and we hope the management will make some changes for the better too!
