The room smelled heavily of smoke. The floor had lots of grit on it and when I went to shower in the morning, a roach came out of the bathtub faucet, so I skipped the shower.

It is a great place if you get the non smoking room if you aren’t a smoker and have pets with you.

Not a lot

It was dirty and the room smelt like Marijuana. I’ll never stay here again.

Dear all, We have booked this "hotel" with a hope to have something comfortable (since the price was around 200$ per room/night, someone expect to have it), but it is turn out that this is a cheap motel, not a hotel. Please be aware about it. Even if staff a very nice - the place is horrible. Sorry to say it.

I was very very unhappy with my stay there. The room was infested with roaches.

We were in room 244 and they're from the 12th to the 18th of September we can't complain much but we did see one cockroach a young one by the sink and two bed bugs after seeing the bed bugs we were a little nervous but before we left town we washed all our belongings and overall the stay at the hotel was nice I really enjoyed the breakfast and the swimming pool and the staff was quite nice I would say.

The house keeping crew really do a poor cleaning job,the bathroom floors aren't clean and under the beds are filthy

GROSS!!! Room smells like weed, floor is DRITY, last tenets stuff still in the awful smelling fridge. NASTY, DIRTY, AWFUL

They put me in a smoking room because i had a dog (a yorkie). Why??????! No other hotels do this! I might as well have smoked a pack of cigarettes myself the smell was so strong. And if you're not a smoker, you CANNOT sleep in a smokey room. And they charged me for this! (the pet fee) After having driven 10.5 hours from south Florida to escape hurricane irma, and checking in at 10:30 pm, I just needed to sleep, so didn't argue about the downgrade (honestly, I didnt expect the smoke smell to be so strong--the next day everything i had brought into the room smelled like ashtray, which i got to enjoy smelling/wearing the next two days of my trip.) But sleep?? Noooooo. That was impossible. See, even though there were just a few people in the hotel's seedy, isolated smoking section, I got put *right next to* the loud long-term hotel residents who were up talking, banging, and clanging all night. Why?????????????! Why not at least give me a room away from the noise. I paid almost $80 for this horrible experience. Never again will I be flexible at the front desk check-in about my needs; and never again will i assume that a hotel clerk has my interests at heart. And, obviously, never ever again will i stay at a Days Inn. Ever.

decent breakfast and nice pool and location is 20 miles out of town but it's a nice drive if you are going to Naval Aviation Museum.

Nice hotel just had an off smell and next day when they cleaned wasn't very clean

Late checkin. Running to 3 different rooms ... from checkin to second level first room; back to checkin to second level..to checkin and 3rd room second room was OK.

this was a nice motel experience. The staff was great and the early breakfast was very good. room was very big and very comfortable. We were tired after a long day of driving and got a very nice night of sleep. vwey happy with this stay and will use this motel again.

My husband and I drive 600 miles every other weekend from Kentucky to visit his daughter in Florida. We have made this trip many times and have stayed in countless hotels. Check in was wonderful. [...] was very helpful, even at 6 in the morning when we checked in. That is the only positive thing I have to say about the Quality Inn in Pensacola. Once we arrived to our room, we were met with a strong smell of urine and smoke. I had requested a non-smoking room but was told there was none available when we got there. The room was dirty and the sheets were stained. There were no blankets on the bed, just a stained sheet and a stale smelling bedspread. We had just driven for 10 hours through the night, so we decided to suck it up and turn in.The next morning it got even worse. Housekeeping begins dragging their loud heavy carts down the outside sidewalk at 7 a.m. They yell back and forth to each other from different areas so sleep is not an option in this hotel. At 10 a.m. (1 hour before check out time)housekeeping came to knock on my door. I was getting dressed, with no top on, when I heard the key turn in the door. The man had not even finished the first knock before he began to open my door. I had to run up and slam the door in his face so he would not barge into the room while I was undressed. I put my shirt on and opened the door, where he was waiting. Angry, I tried to ask him what he was doing. He spoke no or little English, and kept asking "You leave?". I tried to explain that I had just gotten in a few hours ago, and would be staying the whole weekend but he could not understand me. I tried to ask a second housekeeper for the blanket that was not on my bed, and she couldn't understand me either. I point to the bed before she nodded and came back with a blanket. Needless to say I was frustrated beyond belief, and will never return to this hotel again! I tried to speak with the manager about the issues. He was polite, and listened carefully but not helpful at all. I explained everything and then he said "Well you paid in advance, so you are checked out now. Have a nice day." I'm sure he gets complaints like these all the time, but that is just ridiculous.

Ummm. What can I say . The room where small not anything used to what I was staying. It's ok I guess if you just need a place to sleep. Maybe not the best choice for children. I would recommend only if you just need a place to sleep and your not going to spend majority of you time there just hanging out.

ok when we first got there the room looked decent but the fridge still had food and drinks in it. not such a big deal we just threw it away. the next morning that we got up there was a party gathered outside our room with about 10-15 other GUESTS at 7 am in the morning. We were woken up with constant hollering and cursing by these GUESTS. Being that my 11 year old was with me and there was way too much vulgar language i asked to move our room....no can do. They were booked solid so we had to stay and endure the [*] this and [*] that. The pool was GREEN all weekend and there was no contintal breakfast. The hotel staff had no idea where all the food had went and had no more to replace it. Even with all that said on the last day when we woke up there were Roaches in the bed....yes roaches. When i complained to staff they said that it MUST have come from our stuff because they spray. HOW RUDE!!!! In the room there was a note that said if not 100% satisfied a refund would be given. Allthough I would not normally use this as a reminder to the service that they offer, I asked. NO NO NO we can not do that. I asked to speak to the hotel owner. NO NO NO we can't contact them. Another complaing guest asked if there was a fire how would they contact. "Oh we would not be able to contact them" was the hotels response. WHAT EVER PEOPLE.

Excelelnt. In town for wedding.
