Box spring has a huge stain one of the bad, need to give the door a kick to close. Carpet is super old and I have some bug bites. I wear mask in the lobby as rules are posted from all entrance. But most of the employees don’t wear as well as guest. Front desk lady told me that mask is a must but she is not wearing one.

You pay for what you get. Needs a serious cleaning

This is a great hotel... I wish the option for a monthly stay was available during my visit.

Don't fall for the scam this hotel tries to pull. Regardless of what they say, they have NO pool. The entire place looks like it's a war zone! It's in an endless state of constructions with everything in shambles and nothing working. There is no breakfast despite their false claim to the contrary. Don't fall for it.

the hotel was full of roaches and stinks, dirty, rooms were not vacuumed. and Roaches are also in the blankets, mattress and bedsheets. that is disgusting.

Carpet was not vacuumed, critters on tile floor and toilet dirty. Light switch Was located between fridge and wall with little space and had a broken cover, scraped finger. Counter top was sticky and some dishes dirty. Staff was courteous and took care of cleaning floors. Lounge closed and other amenities not available due to past hurricane damage

The staff was cold but not rude. We chose this hotel because it was advertised as breakfast, it was not made clear that it was a "continental" breakfast. This will affect our future stay in Pensacola when we visit our son in the Navy.

Nothing to like. 150% disappointment. Room #1 stunk and full of roaches! Given 2nd room in adjacent building and was also full of roaches!

Staff was nice, but the hotel is nothing as described. My room smelled of bleach (which i am allergic) the carpets were wet.. the air conditioning seemed to be blowing mositure versus cold. Had to wear my shoes the whole time. Didn't dare use the rub. The bar is laughable and apparently there are no pools ... Only good thing about it was the staff was nice.

I did not like the AC in our room. It did not cool the room very well. Also the refrigerator would not keep our drinks cold. Room service did not come to get trash after the first night we stayed. We had to request more towels as well.

Ok for the money might stay there again if I couldn’t find something better

As soon as we walked in our room several roaches were in the kitchen and bathroom.

Nothing unique. I like the attention from employees. Very nice people

Excellent staff very friendly and accommodating! Room was very clean as was the rest of the property. Very close to Pensacola NAS which was a big plus!

If we get a complaint it gets logged in by the front desk and we review it every day to zero in on any issue within our power to correct. I could not find such a complaint so I can respond to a couple of your issues. The carpet is not a year old yet. The pattern of high low makes it appear to have worn spots.We bought it that way.The clerk at the front desk does not have to wear a mask because they are 6ft away from you and there is a plexiglass shield between her and the guest. We furnish guests with a mask free if you don't have one. Thanks, for observing our policies.

If you want to get an update on the amenities of the hotel check our website. They are not displayed on other websites. We are about 4 weeks away from completion if the contractors perform as they say they will.

Our Breakfast consists of Milk and two types of cold cereal,a selection of Hot cereal,Tropical fruit cups,and an assortment of pastries and muffins. The juice machine has a selection of 4 different kinds,plus Coffee and Tea.Our Breakfast is Free.
