Loved everything about the property except people being quarantined there for COVID

Excellent location on the harbor. Amazing infinity pool.

Wish that more staff and guests were wearing masks above their noses

The private beach and beach Services was perfect! Just push a button and waitstaff was there to serve, and so sweet! Bathrooms at the beach- A The adults only pool was relaxing and the kid friendly pool was beautiful. Food was good. One of the rooms we thought we purchased on orbitz was incorrect when we arrived and we were charged 100$ per day to upgrade to what we originally thought we had booked, we just needed a small bed for a little one. Overall, very nice, clean hotel.

Great views, private beach was amazing. Kids loved the toys and activities in the secluded area. Definitely worth the price!

pool and room improvements were excellent. Infinity pool in the afternoons was super. We couldn't use the spa or gym facilities due to Covid

The princess Hamilton is an absolutely beautiful hotel. The staff are so well trained and are there to take care of anything you might need. The pools are gorgeous the location is close to so many restaurants and shopping and the rooms are exquisitely decorated.

Good location. Frayed carpet. Bathtub that wouldn't drain and that they couldn't fix. The $11/person-day cleaning fee disclosed by Orbitz turned into $33/day on my bill. Although I was solo the hotel claimed that theoretically three people COULD have stayed in my room.

I have stayed at the Fairmont Southampton a few times and this was my first time staying at the Princess. The location was great and easily accessible to downtown Hamilton. The hotel has a lot of art by various artists, including a Picasso sketch. The infinity pool was nice, however I did notice that in the mornings the area was not always tidied and that water and sunscreen were not put out everyday. The Beach club was great they have kayaks and bodyboards for guests to use. It's right by the Fairmont Southampton beach which is also very nice. Next time I'm in Bermuda I will go back to stay at the Princess.

Location was nice close to the downtown area. Easy walking to shops

I had purchased a luxury upgrade and requested rooms on the same floor with my traveling companions. I was given a room built into the ground with a view of a wall. My companions were not even on the same floor. After talking to the front desk, I had to pay another $600 to have them moved to the room next to me. I was never offered a nicer room which was highly disappointing since I had upgraded to luxury. I would like Orbitz to take up this complaint on my behalf with the manager a the Hamilton.

This prime location was the deal breaker; on the marina bay and adjacent to city centre where restaurants and activities outside of the property were walking distance.

Spent 4 nights at the Hamilton Princess (July 15 - 18 2019) and it was a great experience. We have not been back to Bermuda in years. Back in the day, the HP was the nicest big hotel on the island, but I set my expectations low, as I figured things had degraded over the years. I even prepped the family - "this will not be the Four Seasons" - but I was wrong. A ton of money has been poured into the hotel and it shows. New rooms, new restaurants, new pools, renovated older areas. Very nice. I was travelling with my wife and two teenage daughters. We booked a room with 2 beds (for about $430 per night). Upon arrival, they asked if we wanted to upgrade to a "suite", which is basically the same room we booked and an additional sitting area. I looked at that package when I booked it and it was over $1,000 per night. But they offered it at $180 extra per night. We took it. The room turned out to be very nice. We were in a new wing I think - at least it was not part of the main building - and it was clean and very nicely appointed. Nice sitting room with a fold out couch, nice bedding, beautiful bathroom, and a nice large balcony. It was not quite Four Seasons, but it was only a hair behind it. Facilities overall were great. The main pool is beautiful, though the seating can go fast. The gym was great. We did not use the adults-only pool, but it looked quite nice. And the Beach Club - that was a revelation. Restaurants are all excellent. The only slight - all very expenensive!

Great location in Hamilton. Loved the amenities and beach club. Service was slow but friendly and accommodating.
