Check in took a long time. The front desk did not communicate what the issues were as we stood waiting and waiting. It took almost 20 minutes to check in.

This property is beautiful on the outside but the staff is absolutely horrendous. The customer service is almost non existent and everyone acts like they have never worked a day in their life. The front desk offers a great shuttle….that’s if you can get a return trip home. No one ever picks up the phone at the front desk or at the restaurants that are ALWAYS closed. Think twice before you stay here because you are in for a real treat. The only good thing is the bakery, everything else needs A LOT of training and work.

I love the indoor/outdoor pool, although the outdoor pool could use some cleaning. We ate at the Wildwood for lunch, and it was good, and relatively affordable. I'd like to come back another time with grandkids so I can take them on the carousel and mini golfing.

It's a great place, overall. The staff was exceptionally friendly and the many amenities like mini-golf and smores made it especially nice. My only complaint is that the shower/bathtub was a bit gross. There were stains in the tub and the drain kept clogging. Otherwise, it's a great resort and if we're back in Midway, will definitely consider staying here again.

The mini golf was nice, the carousel was nice. The pool wasn’t near big enough nor the hot tub for the size or the cost of the hotel. We ended up switching rooms twice because the first 2 were disgusting. There was hair in the bathtubs, crumbs on the floor, shirt tags and wrappers in the room. That was just what I could see. Who knows what they didn’t clean. For the expensive price of the room I was utterly disgusted at the cleanliness. The 3rd room appeared to have been cleaned and my kids were very sad when I told them we were leaving so we just ended up staying but will not be returning. The rooms are very outdated and overpriced for the condition. The hotel did give us breakfast for free but we spend about an 1 1/2 loading and unloading into different rooms. Find a better place to stay.

Seems like the property has quite a bit of deferred maintenance. My room smelled a bit sometimes and the previous guests room service tray and food was left in the hallway for 3 days. On a high note the staff was very helpful and friendly and professional. Enjoyed eating at the BBQ restaurant.

Pool was nice! Heated both indoor and outdoor and hot tubs indoor and outdoor as well. Fun, cozy environment. Water pressure in shower pretty low, but no other major complaints.

So they are taking this time during the pandemic to remodel the property. As such I had to explore a little. Short staffed didn’t mean shorted and the entire staff went above and beyond to provide a wonderful experience and stay for me. I love the Zermatt it’s a hidden jewel in Utah❤️ The spa is amazing! Lots of amazing day hikes and parks and scenic things to see in the area. Just a beautiful place! So it’s a “ski lodge” but it’s even more amazing in the summer! Can’t want to come back!

We came up to this resort for a quick get away. I would like to say that all of the issues were caused by COVID, but that wasn't the case. The mattress was horrible. Both my husband and I have bad backs. Neither of us cared for the super soft mattress. We spent the next few days at the Chiropractor. There was only one restaurant open, which was fine. We like BBQ. I am guessing that since it was so slow due to COVID, the meat was so burnt and tough. I guess they just weren't going through it fast enough and it had been there all day.

The mini golf was nice, the carousel was nice. The pool wasn’t near big enough nor the hot tub for the size or the cost of the hotel.
