Cute hotel. Roomed need a paint job and updating but if you get a deal it’s worth the $. Easy enough walk to Main Street and parking was free. The lift was close too. Probably wouldn’t stay there again , it was good for a night or 2!

Huge disappointment: I want a refund. Upon arrival, learned that the Lodge did NOT have an elevator to get to our room. When asked about ADA, no options were offered and my mother was not able to get out of the room after we got her to the room. This was awful as we were not able to get in and out of the room for the overnight stay we had with my mom/sisters. I cannot believe that we were not offered a room that had elevator access. The Lodge only provided 1 parking space for accommodations for 8 people- wanted to charge a parking fee for the 2 additional cars that we had to bring all 8 of us from across the state of Utah. They did waive the fee for the 2 cars but only after many requests and after reviewing the language on my reservation which only states limited parking but not that only one parking space was allotted and no information of the parking charges. No blankets on 4 of the beds, had to call for blankets. No pans to cook breakfast- they did deliver but we had to wait. Then noticed no spatula for pancakes- called and asked, never delivered. Fireplace is wood and not in use. Front door did not have working deadbolt for safety. Bathroom on main level door did not lock and popped open easily. Dishwasher so loud, could not run. I wanted to discuss this experience with the managers and waited 20 minutes to check out and then left after phones rang without answer and no staff at front desk. I was planning on discussion the situation with the manager at the time.

Value and proximity! Clean rooms! Hot tub and pool! Underground parking. One thing that was lacking was cooking utensils. but I went to ski not cook. Bring your own chefs knife and spatula

Great location. Unit rundown and linens stained. Strange odors.

Not a modern hotel, but a nice value for the price. Park City is in a valley, somewhat shaped like an elongated bowl, with downtown at the floor. This hotel is at an elevation, with a 10 minute walk to the downtown if one takes the steps cutting down to the street below. That was very nice. They could do better with their complimentary breakfast (timings, quality etc.), but they don't over promise. They have a friendly and sincere attitude with no snobbishness whatsoever, which means a lot. (In contrast, during this trip we also stayed in a high-end Salt Lake City downtown hotel, with a lot of hype, misleading room descriptions, faulty A/C, no microwave, and the biggest turn-off, a dose of snobbish attitude. Needless to say, we enjoyed Sweetwater Lift Lodge a lot more.)

We stayed here over Memorial Day weekend. It is within walking distance of Park City Mountain resort and close to hiking, mountain biking, and skiing. Our loft unit was spacious and comfortable, with enough room to sleep 8-10 people if needed. Our kids (ages 6-17) enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Although it is an "outdoor" pool, it is located under one of the buildings and somewhat sheltered from sun and wind. Do yourself a favor and skip the "Sunday breakfast" in the hotel common area... crowded folding tables, sugar cereal, and sweet rolls.

Hotel is just a place to sleep. Very basic amentities. Perfect for me and three kids. Not a resort or a place I would take my lady

After reading all the reviews I was pleasantly surprised by the Lift Lodge. It is only a 5 minute walk to the lift and they provide ski lockers even closer if you don't want to lug them back to your room. Town is about a half mile away. The room is a little dated, but very large and comfortable with a small kitchen. The hot tub is being renovated so still down. For the price you can't beat it.

This place needs a complete renovation it's too nice of a location and if they did they could get more than $300 a night during the peak season

Our main search criteria was a place with a hot tub as we were in need of some relaxation. We got there and found that the hot tub was being renovated and the pool was in bad shape. We thought, ok well lets go relax and watch some tv...the tv didn't work. I called the front desk and they said they would send someone up to look at it. We were all ready for bed so had to get dressed again. The person came back three times before it was finally fixed. It would have been nice for them to let us know ahead of time about the hot tub, then at least moved us to a room right away where the tv worked. A discount would have been appreciated as well.

The Lift Lodge was very nice given the price point. Our three bedroom accommodation was exactly what I expected and great for our group of teens. The lodge was very close to the slopes and even walking distance in ski boots in just a few minutes. The lodge was also very handy to many shops and great dining - especially given the free bus/trolly system. There were a few things about the accommodation that could use some TLC. The ceiling fans were noisy, the kitchen was stocked with everything to cook with but don't expect anything more than salt and pepper. The cleaning staff doesn't do much other than change towels out. They came and took our trash but left it for over 24 hours on our front porch. Overall, I'd stay there again due to the price and location but would hope that a few things could be repaired or replaced - again, TLC.
