Excellent location. Super friendly staff and everything is spotless. The rooms are a lot smaller than they look on the photos. Internet is very bad.

Great location!!! Excellent staff!!! Would definitely stay there again.

They were able to hold my luggage till my room was available. I was also able to have breakfast before checking in and have breakfast when checking out. Everyone was so nice and we ate dinner at the Michelin rated hotel next to the hotel. It was excellent.

It was wonderful staying at this hotel! Good location, kind staff, and clean room. Totally recommend!

Tiny room, bed, and bathroom by American standards. No lighting by closet, had to use flashlight to select clothes. Still comfortable! Very friendly and helpful staff, English and other languages spoken. They will help you understand any French custom that you’ve got questions about and can recommend restaurants etc based on your preferences. Good variety of breakfast choices at the hotel breakfast service downstairs. Excellent location, 5 minute walk to Louvre and Tullieres garden, 25 minute walk to theaters and Place de Concorde, many shops & restaurants nearby.

Could not have asked for a better location. Minutes away from the Louvre and St. Honore shopping district. Room was very small. However, will go back. Pleasant experience.

Our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 children - 3 yo, 6 yo, and 8 yo) stayed here for 3 nights. Though we had wished to be placed in adjacent rooms, were were placed on the same floor, and were just a short hallway down from each other. For the City of Paris, we found the rooms spacious and very comfortable. Decor was charming and clean, and the staff was absolutely wonderful and accommodating anytime we needed anything. The elevator lifts up to the rooms were a bit small, but served their purpose and were clean. There were two lifts, we never had an issue as to having to wait too long. Check in was very easy, Laura, handled our check-in with ease and expediency. The front desk staff here is wonderful, on one morning, Rosa helped us entertain our fidgety kids as we were waiting to get out the door sightseeing - she gave them colored pencils and coloring notebooks, and even taught them to play Uno - now a family favorite. Petit Dejuener was very good, even for picky eaters. The hotel itself is just a street away from the crowds by the Tuileries, which made it so easy to walk to nearby Louvre, d'Orsay, and l'Orangerie. We used l'OpenTour bus to get around, and it was a short walk to a pickup point. Plenty of options for a meal nearby, great boutiques for shopping nearby, and an Express Carrefour within walking distance for snack food and refreshments for provisions outside of eateries. This hotel was a fantastic value, and an overall pleasant experience for our family.

Bright. Compact. Super Clean and Stark. Modern Style with strong Details. The location of this hotel is marvelous! Walk to everything that matters in minutes. Very kind front attendant was charming, fast and extremely courteous.

A 3 stars hotel. Pros: Good breakfast buffet -not cheap though!-. Camille smile at the breakfast buffet. Friendly front desk staff -except for the morning supervisor-. Cons: Very tiny rooms with tiny shower -no bathtub-. Terrible wi-fi. Room not vacuumed prior to check-in. Only two can fit in the small elevator and you have to wait forever. I had a single room # 209. The bed is against the room and the door. You have to fit in the 18 inches space between the desk and the bed to move around. Shower is tiny too and I had water up to my ankles each time I showered. On day two, I had to ask for someone to empty the trash and vacuum the room, which wasn't done when they made the room. I could hear room # 210 TV in the evening, and was awakened by room # 309 guest pacing at 2:00am. It can take 20 minutes to half an hour to connect to the internet. Beware, if you need to make a local phone call, a local call will cost you 12.50 euros per minute: Ridiculous, it's a rip off. There should be a note next to the phone informing the guests of the price of making a local call. I had asked the front desk attendant for a transportation reservation to CDG airport. The reservation was made to...ORLY airport. After wasting almost one hour waiting for transportation, I no longer had time to take care of my tax refund at the airport and I lost 300 euros. NOT happy at all! This is only a 3 stars hotel.

The entire hotel reeks of strong perfume cleaner which I suspect is to cover the smell of mold. Certainly played havoc with my wife's breathing.

Beautiful, small hotel in an amazing location! Would stay again & recommend anyone looking for an incomparable value.

The Hotel Duminy is a rare find - a small modern comfortable hotel in the heart of Paris that is moderately priced. It is spotlessly clean and offers a wonderful daily breakfast buffet. The only negative is that the reception desk staff always seem to be preoccupied and are actually startled by your approach or questions. They could be more open and friendlier. I have visited this hotel a number of times and will continue to stay there.
