AC did not work for my room and my cousin room and was told by the front desk that all guest complain about the AC not work so I had to sleep with the window open

the hotel was clean room was a good size. friendly staff.

Close to eateries, laundromats and metro and bus stations. Nice scenery of canal.

Good location, nice free breakfast, close to transportation, low price.

The daily breakfast was extremely convenient. The location is close to several metro stations and about 45 mins via the train to major attractions.

The carpets in the hallways need some tender loving care. Carpets needs to be replace. Hallways looked like they had some water damage over the years.

The place is horrible. The WiFi doesn’t work, no iron, had to pay 8 euro for them to iron an shirt. They do have a restaurant and bar on site which is nice; however, they start serving dinner too late.

nice hotel...not in heart of the city but with subway only 3 min walk any part of Paris is accessible rather quickly. Pretty good breakfast. Staff works hard. Nice views of Canal. On weekend the adjacent nightclub stays loud until 3am so if you are a light sleeper you may want to investigate further. Also we were charged $1 per day per person tax at the end of our stay...i thought all fees and taxes were included? That was odd but no big deal i guess.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is next to a canal and in a nice area. Restaurants are plentiful. If you have an extended stay, there is a laundry mat facility about five minute walking distance.

There are 2 metro stops close, one where the RER stops which is nice. They have a nice breakfast, fabulous cheeses. It is extremely safe, my daughter runs at 0600 and sometimes at 2300 and she feels completely safe. There are 2 nice grocery stores near by as well as lots of takeaways and restaurants. Also some very nice bakery shops. The staff is excellent and the beds are comfortable. Plus, depending on when you stay it is either cheap or very affordable. We stay there every time we come to Paris now.

this hotel is easy access to train stations and airports . There is a lot of fun activities near the hotel and 2 metro stops are an easy walk. You don't have to lug your luggage into the main part of the city. The breakfast is very nice. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is marvelous. We have been using this hotel for many years now. Go to the market buy food and sit along the canal for a lovely dinner or lunch!

Dear Sir, Thank you very much for your comment. We're really sorry about the issue you met with the air conditionate. We've had some problem with its working few weeks ago and we fixed the issue since. We hope this issue didn't prevent you to enjoy your stay in Paris and also that we'll have the pleasure to welcome you back for a new stay and a new room with a working air conditionate :). Remaining at your disposal, Kind regards,
